Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.



Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, extractor hood, American fridge-freezer (ice and fresh water dispenser), dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.



Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (Orange bouquet channels), connected speaker, high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request at a rate of £20 / week to be paid on site), table and ironing board, hairdryer, plancha.



Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, water reserve of 2000 litres in case of cuts.



Swimming pool: yes, beautiful swimming pool of approximately 6mx3.5m with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.



Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounge for meals and relaxation. The villa is located on a tree-lined plot of approximately 900 m².



Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full.



Associated services: upon your arrival, a planter and fresh water will await you.



To note:

-Deposit of 35% to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 35 days before the stay by credit card or ANCV cheques (except in case of Airbnb booking).

-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance

-A security deposit of 1500 euros (uncashed cheque) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.

-A cleaning fee of 150 euros (debited by cheque or cash) must be provided upon entry into the premises.

-Tourist tax to be paid at booking of 1.50 € / night / adult (except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site).

-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people outside the contract.

-Villa not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
