This condo is located up above the Sunbrook Golf Course. The back patio has a city view.
There are 4 awesome city parks within just a couple miles, plus TONS of amenities!

Pool/hot tub/kiddie pool/Clubhouse/BBQPavillion/Tennis/Pickleball/Foosball//Pool/Ping Pong/Mini-Golf.

1.5 hours away from Zion National Park. Just over 2 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park. 1.5 hours to Las Vegas. 12 golf courses in the area. Hiking and incredible mountain biking on the Green Valley Loop is within walking distance.

Snow Canyon State park is 15 minutes away, as well as many other nearby attractions, included Fire Lake Park, Gunlock State Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Quail Lake Reservoir, and Tuacahn Amphitheater.

I do want to let you know that they HOA will not be heating the pools from Dec. 1 - Feb 14. The hot tubs will still be heated.

Perfect small apartment for 1-2 people. Kitchen had plenty of supplies and we used the hot tub across the street. Owner was responsive to messages. We would stay again.

St. George, Zion and Bryce Canyon trip!!!

This place was perfect for what my friend and I needed on our couple of days of hiking and adventure around the national parks! Would stay here again.

Convenient to all St George has to offer! Super clean and equipped with everything you need! Super host with communication and answering questions quickly. Can't wait to stay here again in summer to use all the great pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball!

World Seniors Games stay.

Property suited our situation well. Although the unit was on the smaller size, it provided us comfortable accommodations and the pool/hot tubs were great for relaxing.

Such an easy place to get to. Easy to find. The garage was extremely convenient. Jocelyn gave me such amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Overall a very nice and easy stay.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a week for the Huntsman World Senior Games. It was centrally located, which was wonderful. The host communicated well with us. Cute little unit and clean. We will definitely try to book it again next year! Super pet-friendly!

Excellent, nicely decorated suite conveniently located.

Excellent, nicely decorated suite conveniently located in the Spoprts Village with many active facilities and amenities. Communication by and with the host was easy, very responsive and always positive. A great location for visiting and hiking in the amazing parks in the area.

Cozy, clean, easy access to St. George outdoors

The property is small (1BR) but clean and comfortable, and the host was proactive and helpful with pre-arrival and post-stay communication. Location in the Sports Village development is great, with ample parking on-site / nearby and easy access to southwest St. George activities.

Great experience

Loved our stay here. Place was small but clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. Loved the view off the back patio. Communication with host was excellent. Location was great for all our mountain biking and hiking adventures.

I am originally from St. George, although I lived in many other states and came back. I was in US Navy for a total of 12 years. I am married with 2 kids. I love the outdoors and sports, which is why I purchased this condo. I enjoy using the amenities myself!

There are soooo many things to do at Sports Villages, and there is mountain biking nearby, (Bear Claw Poppy area) which is one of my top favorite things to do. I also really love using the hot tubs and racquetball courts. Our pickleball and tennis courts need to be resurfaced, but they will do if you are just playing for fun.
