Ronce-les-Bains - BEAUTIFUL HOUSE with GARDEN - NEAR CITY CENTER

This single-storey house is composed of a bright living room equipped with a flat screen TV + DVD player and a HIFI system, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined triple burner cooker (4 vitro plates / oven / dishwasher 6 place settings), a multifunction microwave, a fridge with a freezer and a washing machine.

You will also find two beautiful bedrooms in a row, each equipped with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

On the way back from the beach, make your way through the annex with its "beach exit" shower room and separate toilet.

Is it too hot? Need some coolness? The rooms are equipped with air conditioning!

Relax the tension by taking advantage of the private garden with garden furniture or its terrace for a good lunch around an electric barbecue or the electric plancha as well.

Too much sunshine or just feel like a little nap in the shade? Unfold the electric awning!

A tumble dryer is available in the cellar.

You can park your car in the garden.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
