Located on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area :
- A beautiful and luminous living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table for 4 guests.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchenette: fridge with a freezer section, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.

Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a chest of drawers, a TV and direct access to a first balcony.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen, a washbasin, a washing machine, a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- Two balconies, one of 3 m², accessible from the bedroom is south-west facing, furnished with two chairs and with a view of the wooded park. The second one of 4 m², accessible from the living room, is equipped with two outdoor chairs and a table to enjoy a breakfast facing the sea at sunrise!
- The park of the residence is accessible to the tenants. The space is shared.
