Beautifully styled Two Bedroom ocean front condo with amazing views of Atlantic Ocean, beach and city skyline. Relax on the balcony, walk on the beach, or enjoy the resort indoor and outdoor pools, three hot tubs, lazy river and fireplace. This corner unit on the sunny side has floor to ceiling glass walls and a large balcony for beautiful oceanfront and city views. There is plenty of fun outdoors or you can just spend leisurely days watching waves, sun rise or sun set from the bedrooms or watching the waves

The condo is few mins away from the newly built 2nd Ave pier and restaurant, water sports rentals, splash waterpark and Family Kingdom Park. Reservation also includes free parking in the easily accessible resort parking lot.

Must be 21 to check in. There is absolutely no smoking (tobacco or weed) allowed on the property and any guest breaking the rules will be fined by the resort and evicted if it continues after the warning/penalty.

Beautiful ocean view and a large balcony. The room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at in Myrtle beach. Ocean view from bed was immaculate.

I enjoyed the stunning views of the city and beach from the unit. Excellent views of the sunrise from the master bedroom. Hot tub and amenities were excellent.

Unkept, noisy, and run down! We would not recommend this building.

Property was listed a 10 out of 10. It was no where near that! First off it was dirty. Not kept clean at all. The condo needs lots of work. The dishwasher was not working well and ALL the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. I washed what are were going to use by hand. The dryer lint trap fell out onto my clean clothes and got my clean cloths all full of lint that didn’t come off. The sheets didn’t fit the bed correctly and the mattress pad on the bed my grandson was sleeping on had blood or other stains on that showed when the sheets started to come off. The bathroom floors were disgustingly dirty. I contacted the owner on all of this. He ordered a new dishwasher to be delivered after our stay. He sent men over to clean the vents of the dryer, And did send someone to change the sheets and mattress pad on our grandsons bed but not ours. Ours was dirty also and the sheets didn’t fit property here also!! The floors in the bathrooms have built up dirt in the corners, and on ledges. ALL of this is due to the cleaning company not the owners fault. The cleaning company owner was very nasty. The owner offered a breakfast or lunch on him for all the inconvenience but we declined his offer. We bought a coffee maker for in the unit as we were told it had a keurig and so we bought pods, but it only had a large regular coffee pot instead. The walls are very thin and we heard everything from the units around us. The traffic was heavy and noisy with loud cars and trucks going buy al night.

This stay was the best I’ve ever had at Myrtle Beach. It was easy to check in, because the owner supplied everything you could possibly need to know upfront. I also could have brought less, because you are supplied with everything you could need for a family to cook (even had 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods to use). The ocean views were absolutely fantastic, and my daughter really enjoyed the street view as well! :) The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had renting a place, and the bed linens were amazing! You can also walk to anywhere you need to go, so the location is perfect. I can’t say enough about how great the stay was (and it was the weekend of a tropical storm, so we had fun just being inside/poolside too!) I hope to return soon! :)

Fantastic panoramic view

The floor to ceiling windows, in each room provided a phenomenal view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach as well as Ocean Boulevard. The only concern was the hair balls found on the bedroom floor.

Wonderful view and location!!

Came down on vacation with my two kids. Communication with Nick was perfect, very quick with replying to any question. The unit is very clean and has a great view. I really recommend getting because I talked to other guests, and they weren't as happy with their rooms. Kitchen is well stocked; the washer and dryer are very nice to have right in the kitchen. I guess if I have to make any complaint, it would be that the workout facility was locked and not accessible to me as a guest. Area to the beach is not as crowded as other parts of Myrtle too. The walk to downtown is slightly under a mile with a Starbucks and other places to stop on the way. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Excellent Service

Nick was awesome to work with. We had to cut our stay short but he was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. It was very easy throughout the process. The condo was very nice with great views, comfortable and clean. Great option if you are looking for something in the heart of Myrtle Beach.
