Hemos tenido y apreciado esta propiedad desde 1999. Nos enorgullecemos de ello y lo actualizamos continuamente.

Durante su estadía, estamos disponibles por teléfono celular las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, y podemos organizar cualquier soporte local que pueda necesitar.

Destacar:

* Orientación este! Tarde de sombra! ¡Esta es una necesidad!

* Sala de juegos con bar, nevera, fregadero, HDTV LED / barra de sonido Blue Tooth, mesa de billar, futbolín y tablero de dardos.

* La cubierta principal está sobre el agua. Cenar en el lago! Segunda cubierta inferior ampliada con muelle de pesca.

* Trampolín de agua con accesorio de lanzamiento aqua. (Fin de semana del día del trabajo de mayo)

* Kayaks: uno doble y uno individual

* El dormitorio principal tiene hermosas vistas y un apagón eléctrico.

* Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y sistemas de sonido bluetooth.

Un poco más de detalle:

¡No es la típica casa del lago!

Extiéndete y diviértete en los tres niveles. Siéntese en la terraza del tercer piso que está conectada al maestro. Tiene vistas al lago con un poco de privacidad. Tome una siesta en el maestro al lado de los ventanales gigantes y sueñe con la vista o cierre las persianas automáticas, oscuras y controladas por control remoto para la oscuridad. Socialice, coma o relájese en la apertura del piso principal. Desborda desde el nivel principal hacia la plataforma conectada. Fiesta en la sala de juegos en el nivel del lago. Tener un torneo de billar, futbolín o dardos. Dormir hasta tarde en la cueva.

Sí, hay algo para todos: los niños disfrutarán especialmente del trampolín acuático, los kayaks y la pesca desde el muelle. Disfruta del esquí acuático, el esquí acuático, el golf y la natación. Relájese todas las noches contando estrellas en la terraza.

Horseshoe Bay es un complejo conocido, a solo 45 minutos al oeste de Austin, (cerca de Marble Falls), en el lago LBJ. Está a solo 1. 25 horas de San Antonio, Sea World y Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Y está a solo 45 minutos del famoso parque acuático Schlitterbahn.

Best weekend EVER!

This property is perfect! Everything is even better than the pictures! We came with 11 women but this would be absolutely perfect for families as well. The house is spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. The views are flawless. Tons of space to socialize and just spend time with the people you came to enjoy! Oh and Iris was so easy to communicate with a and always answered our questions quickly! We will absolutely be back!

Great Fun at the Lake

Just got back from Lake LBJ. Stayed at Iris' place and just had the best time. Perfect location - Marble Falls is 5 minutes east of the condo. Lots of very good family restaurants there. The unit is sweet and spacious. Great game room. Dock is excellent for fishing. The trampoline kept the kids occupied for hours. Rented a very nice boat from the local marina just down the road. Water was beautiful, as was the cool eastern exposure - the party deck is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We loved it.

It was perfect!

The owner allowed me to come out twice to see the property before our stay because we were hosting a Sales Meeting there and had questions on logistics. Everything we needed was there and it was a very well maintained property. If I had one suggestion to make it would be to turn the a/c down and close all the upstairs curtains before the guest arrive. It took a long time for the bedrooms to cool down but hey, it's Texas and we are used to it. Unfortunately my guests were not. Lovely place much larger than you would think from the outside. Loved it!

Lake LBJ Bliss!

This fabulous three level home has it all for enjoying friends at family at the lake! Wonderful deck, great gathering areas, kayaks, lake trampoline, BBQ, and pool table. The home was well equipped and the entire property maintained to a very high level. We had a fabulous Easter weekend fishing off the dock and enjoying the views.

Beautiful lakefront home: fun for all three generations!

The home was well-kept and well-stocked, in a lovely neighborhood, and right on beautiful Lake LBJ. The kayaks and water trampoline were a big hit with the kids and adults. There were plenty of towels, clean linens, and ample laundry facilities. The home was luxurious and cozy. The owner was flexible with timings and extremely responsive to any of our questions and concerns. The only points (neither of which were deal-breakers) were the fact that some of bathroom and bedroom doors did not lock and the fact that the hot water tended to run out with multiple showers running (in fairness, we did have a lot of people taking showers in quick succession!). The deck (complete with cornhole) was another big hit with the entire family. We'd love to come and stay at this beautiful home again!

Fantastic spot for a fun family getaway!

We had a great time! Beautiful view and a nice place to relax and have fun. It was perfect for our teenagers. We look forward to coming back when it warms up a bit, the water was very chilly. We would have loved to have been able to use the water trampoline more but only one of us was brave enough to jump in! Everyone slept great, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Property!

We stayed a few nights and loved it! This is an great home and we loved that we were right on the water with the views even when it was raining/chilly. We will be back in the warmer weather to fully enjoy the lake! My family had a great time in the game room playing pool, darts, etc. Great for teens! Iris was very responsive to questions! You can't go wrong here:)

Amazing Property

This house is wonderful. Everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the game room and the water trampoline were a huge success with everyone. Would definitely recommend.

Family reunion

The property was better than expected. We had a very good time. Things that needed repair got taken care of as soon as we alerted them. Overall a good place to spend some time with friends or family.

Great place to stay

I highly recommend this rental place! It is perfectly located in a cove that makes for good kayaking and swimming. The water trampoline was a hit for all ages. We really enjoyed the kayaks and there was even life vests provided. It was fun to be on the pier at night and watch some nice sized fish swim due to the underwater light. Everyone was able to catch something during our visit. The property owner was very attentive and quick to respond on any questions we might have had. House was stocked with just what we needed. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. The man cave was a big hit. My gang loved playing pool and throwing darts. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room! Looking forward to our next visit and will definitely stay at this property.

Weekend with family

This is a wonderful place to stay. The trampoline and the two kayaks that we were able to use were enjoyed by all of us. The only negative to this condo is that is if you actually have 15 people here the kitchen is tiny. The condo is older and has been renovated which is great but they added a ton of beds in a bunk room that used to be the garage. We had 7 people staying and because of Covid cooked all meals at the condo and the tiny kitchen was annoying for only 8 people. Other than that it is a beautiful place. Very clean, comfortable beds. Our family had a great time.

Family Fun

We had a fun filled weekend celebrating our daughters birthday with close family. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your time here. There was more than enough space for our group to enjoy the scenery, play pool and darts in the game room and jumping on the water trampoline! Even the adults joined in on the fun. Would definitely recommend this place for groups of all ages!

Social Distancing

We had a trip scheduled out of the country but with the current situation plans had to change. We were able to stay here with no interaction with anyone outside our family. The views from the deck were beautiful each evening and the kids loved the private water trampoline.

Great week at the lake!

We had a great time at Lake LBJ. The townhome is as described. It is well equipped and Iris is quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Our family ranged in age from 3-66. Everyone loved the water trampoline and cove for kayaking, fishing and tubing. Definitely recommend this rental.

Relaxing stay at Horseshoe Bay

This beautiful property is well-furnished and provides great space for a large group. Iris is available by phone at all times to help and answer any questions. The pool trampoline and fishing were a great hit with our younger family members, and the deck and dock were great for visiting and relaxing.

Horseshoe Bay

We visited with 4 families. We had plenty of room and everyone got a bed. The deck and weather was amazing. Great property. We had a lot of fun. We just have a cook top not fully working but property manager was great to let us know and we made it work. Hope to be back.

Wonderful!

We had a great time here. The floor plan of the condo is perfect. We had the kids stay downstairs (the first level) so when the old folks were ready for bed, we stayed on the 3rd level and couldn't hear a thing. The game room is perfect for the peak hours of the day when it's too hot to be on the lake. Fishing and late night star gazing was perfect from the dock. This place can accommodate a lot of people very comfortably. Plenty of towels provided for everyone. The owner was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This beautiful house was perfect for a long weekend with our three married children and two grandbabies. The house is beautiful and outfitted with everything to provide a fun time for all ages. It is roomy and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The owner has thoughtfully installed a baby gate at the top of the basement stairs. This place offers lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained indoors or outdoors. The location is very convenient to Marble Falls for restaurants and shopping. There are many other Texas Hill Country attractions nearby. But our family thoroughly enjoyed 3 glorious days relaxing at this beautiful house and playing in the lake. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and dining on the lovely deck with its beautiful lake views. Iris is an attentive and gracious host, providing simple access instructions, helpful recommendations and responses to our quesitons. Thanks for a wonderul time at your lovely home. We look forward to future visits!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We needed a place to call home while living overseas. We fell in love with Horseshoe Bay one summer and didn't return to Indonesia until we found our own place on the lake. We live a lot closer now and thankfully have four boys that love all the water sports. There is so much to do in our cove we never leave it: fishing, swimming, kayaking, indoor games, darts, pool.
