What a perfect property for a getaway not too far from home! The Carmel Lodge is beautiful and is a wonderful place to stay with a group. Kristy was wonderful to work with and I couldn’t have picked a better place for my birthday weekend!

Perfect stay for us and two other families for Butler Homecoming. The backyard was perfect for evening bonfires and BBQ. Hosts were great and were even kind enough to mail me something I forgot to pack up. Will hopefully be back again for our next Indy trip.

Spacious, comfortable home! We had plenty of beds for everyone in our group and enjoyed the convenience of being able to stay in and cook (and grill!) Owners were responsive and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again

First choice - every time!

Any time I am planning to be in the area, this will be my first check for availability…this home is perfect for a group and this will always be the first choice for our group…close to fields, food, stores…everything!

A must rental!

This house has it all. There is a lot of space to spread out, great kitchen, clean and the owners were fantastic to work with. We do a lot of VRBO’s and this was perfect for softball girls and parents. It was so great we booked it a few weeks later for another softball tournament.

Great Place for Grand Park

I stayed here recently with another family while our kids played in a tournament at Grand Park. Tons of room, great location, and a really nice home. We will be back!

Perfect home for a girls weekend

Everything was perfect at this home! Large room with tv and bar to accomodate everyone. All of the rooms are very clean and accomodating. We loved our stay at this home!

Fantastic Stay!

This property is located in a great area that is close to so many shops and restaurants and downtown is not too far away either. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house was also perfect for our large group staying there. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again.

I was staying at the property with teammates from my professional pickleball team. The house was perfect for our needs. My ONLY complaint is that the floors of the showers were extremely slippery. No one fell, but if I was there with my 83 year old parents, there’s no way I’d feel comfortable letting them use the showers. Otherwise, it was perfect.

“best house yet"

After attending this annual tournament 4 times, our friend declared it “the best rental we had”. Homeowners were responsive and helpful. The house was well-stocked, clean, quiet, safe and comfortable.

Amazing place for our rehearsal dinner!

This property has absolutely everything you could need. We hosted a 40 person rehearsal dinner here and cooked tons of food. We even had a magician. It was perfect and I encourage anyone with a big group to stay here!

My fiance and I held our joint Bachelor/Bachelorette party at the property for the weekend and it was an amazing experience! Host was very timely in response and helpful when needed. Highly recommend for any group size 10+ plenty of space for big and small group fun!

Great stay for family gathering

We had a family reunion in Indy the house and hosts were fantastic. Plenty of amble sleeping space. Backyard was a great hang out area with the grill, patio, and bonfire. The house was well maintained and updated. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in the indy area. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. All around great experience, thank you!

Soccer Showcase

Our daughters play at Grand Park in a High School soccer showcase. We have been traveling together for about 6 years and have recently begun staying in VRBO properties instead of hotels. This was a perfect property for our group. The house is amazing. Very clean, the perfect size. And the location was even better than we expected. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We look forward to staying here next year when we return for the showcase!

Purdue Graduation

The lodge was perfect for our needs- an easy drive for Purdue graduation and then back to the Carmel area for local restaurants and the Farmers Market. The house is well suited for a large group and the outdoor grilling space worked great for a large dinner- and with the cool evening it was fun to have a fire. We lost power with a storm and Kristy was more than accommodating for the inconvenience caused. Easy access to the highway, but still very quiet when inside and enjoying the backyard.

Corporate retreat

A group of non-profit board members utilized this property for a "retreat-style" location. The property was great, held us all well and met our needs. The addition of the TV's in every room was also really nice, despite not needing them...was nice to have the options if we were to use the rooms for breakouts and needed to connect to laptops. The outdoor space was good too, likely much more useable when not below 35 degrees though (to no fault of the property owner). Will absolutely consider this property again when we're in Indy at our headquarters. WAY better than a hotel
