Check out this cozy, affordable second floor studio for four people. Tasteful, beach-themed décor keeps you in the vacation mood. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee in the ocean breeze on the back balcony. Here you have a private view of the Gulf and are close to the boardwalk. The open area has a tufted couch, matching armchair and a coffee table that let you spread out and lounge on the plush pillows. Watch TV from the couch or while laying in bed. There are 2 Full size beds, nightstands and a chest for your putting away your beach attire. The full bathroom has a deep tub to relax after a day in the water or at the beach. The
full kitchen has everything you need: appliances, dishes, and utensils for your cooking needs. There is a table for two just outside the kitchen for an intimate meal or game of cards. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach and 2 Shared Community Pools.

Room had great amenities and was close to the boardwalk onto the beach. Balcony perfect for watching the sunrise. Well manicured landscaping and 2 nice pool areas. Excellent communication from host. Check-in and check-out process was seamless.wvereasy

Great location, good access to beach...Beds were soft - we like hard mattress but that's just our preference. Good view of beach from balcony.Do feel there should be a safety grab bar in the bathtub.

Delightful Getaway

We enjoyed our quick weekend trip to Port A. This property is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the boardwalk to the beach just outside the unit, and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Quiet studio condo

Nicely decorated studio condo. Comfortable beds and furniture. The property is older but in great shape. Location to beach and pool is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place and close to boardwalk

We had a good view of the oceAn and close to pool and the island retreat was amazing. Next time we bring tennis/ basketball stuff for the court and will enjoy those, pool and playground. Quiet place on weekdays as well.

Very comfortable and a great location

The room was the perfect location for me and my Mom's trip. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. The room was very comfortable and fit all of our needs perfectly. I will be back.

Close to the Beach!

This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. The location is right behind the dunes next to the boardwalk to the beach (Marker 11). The view from the balcony is perfect!

Nice condo

Condo is in great location, close to everything, complex is old but it’s well kept. The pool is nice. The unit is clean, well kept and great for 2 people, 4 would be a bit crowded. Only downside is no washer/dryer in the unit. Very enjoyable stay and we’ll be back.

A perfectly relaxing beach stay!

We went in the off season during the week. So it seemed quiet and away from the north side of the town. The space met all of our functional needs. I like the pool on the property, too. Most importantly, it was a short walk (about 100 yards) to the beach.

Great time. Great place.

Great location in town. Close to everything. Super easy beach access. It could use a few updates like more counter space in bathroom and a ventilation fan to help with foggy mirrors but overall a nice, comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it and our little one loves the beach. A win win.

Great view!

Overall, we would stay again. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Close enough to town that it was a short drive. Excellent view from the balcony, where we spent a lot of time. Short walk to the beach over a private boardwalk. Could use some updates, carpet and counter tops. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Island retreat stay

We loved this property! You can sit in bed and see the waves. Or was a nice shirt walk to the beach. And they had a hose off station so you don't have to deal with sand in the room. I did stay with my fiance and there was no way we could sleep in the same bed, as they were both full size, but we both agree we felt well rested each night.
