The home is a 15 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to downtown Saugatuck's many restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities with close proximity to Oval Beach and Lake Michigan as well.

With ultra-fast high-speed internet (1 Gigabit Speed), full house wifi coverage and a desk area in the 4th bedroom, this is also the perfect getaway for remote working & learning situations. Keyless entry allows for easy access and a more flexible, no-hassle, check in/check-out.

This modern farmhouse inspired home features a custom chef's kitchen with high-end black stainless steel LG appliances, an island with counter-seating, large main-floor primary bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two 2nd floor guest bedrooms with a large shared bathroom, a half bath (with full washer/dryer) on the main floor off the shared living space and an additional large guest bedroom, game room with ping-pong table, 75" TV viewing area and full bath in the garden level basement space. In total, over 3,000 sq ft of space for you and your guests!

There is a dining room off the kitchen with a table for up to 8 adult guests plus 3 spaces for countertop seating on the kitchen island and plenty of comfortable seating areas for the whole family or group of friends to spend time together.

Looking to be outdoors? Just outside the kitchen/dining room there is a grilling area with Weber gas grill and a 6-person outdoor hot tub available year-round! Just off the main living room space is a generous sized outdoor deck with outdoor seating and dining space (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) for a perfect west coast of Michigan cookout! Additionally, behind the house, for the kids, is a wood-mulched play area with full-size cedar wood playset.

Looking for things outside the house? Wooded Bliss is located very close to town - just a few minutes in a car. Enjoy strolling Butler Street and hitting all the restaurants and shops Saugatuck has to offer. From the famous art galleries to locally roasted coffee, jam and jelly shops. There is no shortage of fabulous places to ignite the senses.

Get outside and enjoy the nature the area has to offer! With multiple boat/kayak rental options nearby, you can get out to the boat launch and hop in the Kalamazoo River in no time. If you're looking for a nice walk or hike, there are multiple wooded foot and bike trails that lead to the beach where you can find gorgeous sunsets. Bring your own bicycles or rent one nearby for the week for easy access into town or just a 20 minute bike ride to The Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Here you can hike straight through to the most idyllic beach. So many options to enjoy inside and outside of this property.
