The ideal place to have lunch and relax while enjoying the calm sea air of the coast! A large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers.
Step into the living room of this semi-detached house with a small flat-screen TV. The small, open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave/grill, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table-top fridge and washing machine.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an attic toilet under the stairs, on the first floor.
A mezzanine with a sofa bed and a very attic space with a sofa.
You have a privative place n° B8, in front of the villa; not negligible!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. * A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
