The first sleeping area on the ground floor includes:

a bedroom with a 150 cm bed,

a second bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds + a 90 cm bed with a pull-out 90 cm bed,

a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Head upstairs to the second sleeping area:

a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening onto a loggia, with an ensuite shower room and toilet,

a fourth bedroom with a 160 cm bed, also opening onto a loggia,

a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
