Colony Point is a Contemporary Coastal Design Waterfront home with quick sailboat access to Charlotte Harbor Featuring: Heated Spa and Pool, large lanai and cabana space with built in kitchen for entertaining, private 30' dock for fishing or boating (fishing poles provided) luxurious master suite and located just a short walk to Ponce De Leon Park. Other features include high quality furnishings, décor and bedding, alarm system and pool door alarms, 4 adult bikes with locks and plastic ware for the pool area. ( manager may use the boat on occasion but will give notice)

House was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described and pictured. The pool water wasn't heating one morning and when I tried to call the Property Manager, the phone number listed was not going through. I then called the owner who had someone stop by very quickly and he was able to get the pool heater working. A big THANKS to the Owner. One other small feature that would make the rental perfect is to have all tv channels working. I know there are streaming channels, but we couldn't find any local channels to watch events live. Can't wait to rent your house in the future!Max

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time at this home. We are always looking for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a pool and this can be difficult, This house had everything we needed plus more. the location is perfect for our morning walks and we spent a lot of time on the lanai which is amazing. It is conveniently located to fisherman's village and downtown Punta Gorda. We will definitely consider staying at this location again.

Punta Gorda Vacation with family.

The house was emasculate, the pool was perfect for relaxing and young children. No detail was overlooked. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Punta Gorda.

Excellent from start to finish!! Beautiful property, perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. Our property manager Lance made sure everything was in order. We had one slight issue and he came to the property and resolved it. This was our second stay and look forward to staying again in the future!!!

Wonderful Home!

This is a wonderful property and very well laid out. The property manager Lance was quick to respond to our questions and they had all the things available to us to make our vacation great. Pool floats, coolers for outings, and bikes too. Just great!!

Perfect Punta Gorda Rental

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home. Everything was as perfect as the first time! The hot tub and pool were much warmer this time which we appreciated!! We were lucky and saw several dolphins in the canal. If this house is available, book it now!

Awesome rental!

This rental is in a great location and was perfect for us. We had 7 adults staying here and no one was ever crowded. The kitchen was very well supplied and the house was very clean. We hope to rent this location again!

Amazing!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Well equipped and 5 minutes to everything. We had dinner reservations most nights but the house was so awesome, we stayed in and cooked. Loved it!

Life Celebration/Vacation

This was the most perfect house for our family to get together and remember/celebrate the life of 2 passing family members. Ando also for us to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The house is beautiful. We could not ask for anything nicer. I hope to be able to rent this house again in the future.

This property was amazing; exceeded expectations! It’s new, clean, spacious, light, bright, and fully equipped with essentials and extras many rentals are lacking. The owner’s communication was thorough and prompt. Zero complaints! The location is perfect- it’s on a quiet dead end lane with open space and a view of the bay at the end- fantastic sunset pics! It sits on a canal with direct bay access, so the wildlife was fantastic- the coolest ‘friends’ were dolphins and comb jellies (which are not jellyfish- they don’t sting but do light up!) The outdoor space is magnificent- full spaces for dining, lounging, tanning, and swimming. Three beds plus a den that has a pull out. 3 full baths- 2 are en-suite. Just a couple miles from the airport, Harborwalk, Fisherman’s Village. PdL Park is one mile away- an easy walk or bike- to the bay’s beach area and nature preserve. (Brackish water) About 50 mins to Englewood beach on the Gulf. (‘Real’ beach) We had an absolute blast!

You Will Not Be Disappointed!

My friends and I stayed at this property from April 21st to April 30th 2021. This property is amazing! From the minute we walked thru the front door we had stars in our eyes! Everything you need and more is here. This is a residential quiet area so please take note of the times specified in the description. We were very careful about adhering to the quiet time hours. We did not see any dolphins in the canal during our stay. The pool woman did tell us that two dolphins are usually there everytime she is there cleaning. Maybe next time! The Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda areas were very nice. We recommend eating at the Village Brewhouse at Fisherman's Village. The only recommendation I have, and this is very picky, is for there to be TVs put in the two non master bedrooms. It wasn't a problem for me but my friends like to have the TV on right before bedtime. Enjoy your stay!! You won't regret it!!

Girls Trip

Mom and daughters get away. Lovely home and area, close to shopping, restaurants and beach. The home was so nice and accommodating supplied with everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area and watching the boats cruise by on the canal...even the occasional dolphin passing by. Highly recommended, 5 stars!!!
