Lovely Mid Century Home in Healdsburg

Our home can accommodate four people comfortably. Almost every room in the house faces a private backyard with a lovely garden and plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing. This home offers everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in the charming town of Healdsburg. There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, allowing for privacy and space. There is an office set up for working from home and yoga/workouts.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, gas stove/oven, and microwave. There is a small seating area in the kitchen great for enjoying breakfast or keeping the chef company while they cook.

The main dining area comfortably sits four at the table. The living room offers another sitting area with a sofa and two chairs perfect for enjoying cocktails and appetizers or an after-dinner conversation. The snug (TV room) has a large sofa and is great for lounging.

The beautifully landscaped garden is perfect for relaxation or entertaining with several seating areas, a bbq grill, a bar area, and a hammock for those lazy days.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, window seat with a garden view, and an attached bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed, attached bathroom, desk, Roku TV, and a separate entrance to the house.

Healdsburg is a beautiful, very well-maintained town with gorgeous homes and classic architecture. It truly is THE quintessential wine country town that attracts people from all over the world. There are a ton of amazing world-class restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, shops, and bars downtown, all within a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from our home. There are also two fantastic hiking areas in town with many other outdoor options nearby. The beautiful Russian River runs through Healdsburg and in the summer months, it is a great spot for a variety of water sports (swimming, floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.). Venturing outside of the town leads you to an innumerable number of wineries to visit and more fantastic hiking, water sports, and world-class cycling. Drive to the beautiful Sonoma Coast in about 1 hour. Northern California at its finest.
