Pleasant villa 10 minutes' walk from the beach and center.

We rent our main residence surrounded by a fully enclosed garden with trees. Surface: 120 m2 plus 1 laundry room, games room and 1 bedroom in the basement. It is accessed by a semi-private driveway in a quiet area.
This largely sunny rental benefits from a covered terrace to the south and another to the north.

The house is located halfway between the beach of St Georges and that of Royan, 10 minutes walk. In a few pedal strokes, (3 minutes) you are on the market of Saint Georges (open every day) and access our small shops (Tourist Office, bakery, press, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, mini-market etc...). Very close to these shops, you access the large beach of Saint Georges-de-Didonne. Along the coast by the pedestrian or cycle path you can discover on one side the forest of Suzac, and on the other Royan.

For a pleasant stay in our villa, we offer, on the first floor:
1 large and very bright living room consisting of a living room/kitchen with a surface area of approximately 70m2.
-Square table with extension cord (9 people), 2 sofas, library, fiber internet access, Orange TV. Desk, reading corner (2 small armchairs).
-Large modern fully equipped kitchen with central island. Dishes available. A second tap on the sink will offer you filtered water (anti micro-particles and anti limescale).

1 master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, new bedding, with its bathroom, (window, Italian shower, vanity unit and suspended toilet, electric towel rail).

1 second bedroom with two electric beds of 80 cm giving a bed of 160 cm by 190 cm.

1 third bedroom with bed 140 cm by 190 cm.

The 3 bedrooms have a storage cupboard.

1 second bathroom with window, Italian shower, vanity unit, electric towel rail.

1 separate toilet with hygiene shower and washbasin.

You will go down to the basement via an internal staircase or through the garage door to access:

1 fourth bedroom with small casement window, (more for children or teenagers) including 3 beds: 3 beds of 90 cm. In this room: wardrobe, TV, wifi, library, comics, board games. Right next door, you will enjoy a large room equipped with a table football, a ping-pong table and an exercise bike.

1 laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, additional fridge, iron and ironing board, fan.

1 outdoor toilet next to the wood shed will also be at your disposal.
1 outdoor solar shower to get rid of the sand when you return from the beach.

On request, BB equipment (chair, travel cot etc...)
Garden furniture, 4 deckchairs, weber gas barbecue.
2 parking spaces on the garage ramp or several spaces on the driveway in front of the house. For local activities, forget the car and prefer walking or cycling!!!
You can store your bikes, stroller, in the basement. (bike rental in St Georges).

Beds will be made on arrival, bed linen and toiletries provided. Please bring your beach towels.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but central vacuum is at your disposal.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking inside.

Tourist attractions: Royan downtown by bike by bike path along the beach. Festivals: Fiddle on the sand, Salt water humour. works, Mountain biking Suzac Forest, Sailing, Padel, etc.....
Cordouan Lighthouse, Meschers, Talmont, Mortagne, La Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron,
Transport: Sncf station and Bus. Possibility to pick you up if needed and according to our availability.
