The studio is located in a private residence, very popular with tourists, located in a large tropical park of 7.5ha with:<br>- a large infinity pool (1000m2) and a children's pool<br>- a beautiful sandy beach and its lagoon<br>- a tennis court<br>- a bowling alley<br>- a private parking lot<br>- a restaurant "Ti Coco" (which offers bread and pastries in the morning).<br><br>The accommodation (renovated in August 2022 and 2024):<br>The 35 m2 studio, located on the 2nd and last floor of the Corail building (in the advance, on the garden side), can accommodate 5 people. <br>It consists of:<br>- an entrance hall with cupboard (shelves and wardrobe)<br>- a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (2*90*200), 1 trundle bed (with 2 beds 90*190), 1 single bed (90*190), desk, dresser<br>- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin on storage unit, WC<br>- a fitted kitchen (completely redone in August 2024) with dining area, closed with an electric shutter and adjustable blinds, wall fan.<br><br>Facilities and services:<br>Air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, drying rack, iron, linens, towels, beach towels, soft cooler, masks, fins and snorkels, air mattress, beach mats, beach chairs...<br>Free WIFI connection on site <br>For the internet, it is not a private box but the residence's wifi network. The connection and speed may be random, the owner cannot be held responsible for the poor connection. No refund will be made for this reason.<br><br>A deposit of €500 will be given on arrival by cheque or in cash (returned at the end of your stay except in the event of damage, theft, loss of badges, keys, swimming pool bracelets).<br>If you do not have a cheque, payment of the deposit in cash.<br>The loss of the entrance badge to the residence gate will be charged 150€<br>The loss of a pool bracelet will be charged €50 per bracelet<br>The loss of the parking badge will be charged €50<br>Rates imposed by the property manager.<br><br>Arrival is from 4 pm and departure before 10 am.<br>ATTENTION: <br>- For arrivals after 11pm, an additional €25 will be paid in cash directly to the concierge upon arrival<br>- For a departure before 8 am, an additional 25€ will be paid in cash directly to the concierge on your arrival<br><br>Water cuts are possible during your stay (see information at the entrance of the residence for the schedule or on the website "Guadeloupe water cuts" on facebook).<br>The owner cannot be held responsible for this.<br>No refunds will be made for this reason.<br>"Tips" will be given to you on arrival to compensate for these cuts.<br><br>Only one vehicle per dwelling is allowed within the residence (decision of the syndic) in order to guarantee a place for everyone!<br><br>Non-smoking accommodation<br><br>Passenger Access:<br>This residence is fully fenced, secure and guarded (badge gate and security guards)<br>It is located 40km from the airport and 5 minutes by car from the charming seaside resort of St François with its international golf course, its ferry terminal linking Marie Galante, La Désirade, Les Saintes, Petite Terre, its marina and its many shops: restaurants, supermarkets, diving club, sailing club, excursion offices..., its markets, its fishing port (where you can buy fresh fish, lobsters, conch...)<br><br>Decreasing rate from 28 nights.
