Located in the BELLE DUNE estate, in the Ile aux Oiseaux neighborhood, within the four-star PIERRE ET VACANCES tourist residence,
. A charming 3-bedroom house, 50 m², fully renovated, sleeps 6, with a balcony, terrace, and garden, facing southwest, on the lakefront, very quiet.
Fully equipped, with a bathroom upstairs (tub/shower, sink, and toilet + hair dryer) and a shower with toilet on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker + Tassimo, kettle, blender, electric mixer, toaster, Brita filter pitcher, dishes, and plenty of kitchen utensils), and TV (with Orange TV decoder in the living room and master bedroom), and parking in front of the house.
Wi-Fi in the house, with fiber-optic internet.
Provided for your use: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags.
Sheets not provided (1 double bed + 2 single beds + 2 bunk beds).
End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility (cleaning supplies available on-site). A €50 penalty will be charged if the cleaning is not done.
No smoking or pets allowed.

Check-in on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.; check-out on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
- Low season: Jan. 1–Apr. 1 and Sept. 30–Dec. 31
€665/week (or €95/night)
- Mid-season: April 1–July 1 and September 2–September 30
€875/week (or €125/night)
- High season: July 1 through September 2
1,050 €/week (or 150 €/night).
+ rental fees (40 €/week: water, electricity, heating) and visitor’s tax.
