Villa Beauregard enjoys stunning views of the Heure Valley.
Modern and warm, we have made every effort to make you spend a dream stay in the city of Uzes.

The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: 180x 200 bed, dressing room. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: 160x 200 bed, dressing room. Private shower room.
Bedroom 3: 160x 200 bed, dressing room. Private shower room.

Possibility of separating the beds in 80x200 and equipping for a baby/children's room
(Travel cot, changing table, high chair, baby monitor and toys available on request)

All rooms are equipped with bed linen and bathroom. You will also have at your disposal the shower equipment as well as hairdryers in each bathroom.


Living room / Kitchen

Modern and fully equipped kitchen, it has a central island with hob and integrated host; refrigerator, microwave, latest generation oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and all the crockery you may need.

The living room is composed of sofas, coffee table, fireplace and TV with high-end sound system.
An office area is also available with mac computer and printer.

Exterior.

The terrace is equipped with an outdoor lounge and sun loungers as well as an outdoor kitchen
Garden and swimming pool.

We had a wonderful week in Villa Beauregard. Thank you Alice and Lucas for being so welcoming. The house is spacious, stylish and comfortable with lovely views over the valley from the pool and garden, plus very well-equipped inside. When you can drag yourself away from the pool, it is in an ideal location, just a short stroll to the centre of Uzes with its restaurants, cafes, shops and market.

This is a beautiful property in a great location just on the edge of town. It's easy to walk to the old center or to drive out into the countryside. It has a beautiful view and is quiet and dark at night. The house is in immaculate condition with lots of natural light and is well-stocked with comfortable beds, including one bedroom suite that was very accessible to my 80 parents-in-law. Very safe as well, and the hosts are very helpful. This is the best VRBO I've stayed in and would recommend it to anyone. The pool was perfect for hot summer afternoons.The roads to the house are very narrow but I can assure you that your vehicle will safely fit. We had an e-class Mercedes and it was easy to maneuver through the tight wall-lined roads after I got over my irrational fears. It was definitely worth every penny.
