Portside Resort, Town-Home, Family -Friendly, Near Pier Park

Over 1100 square feet of beach living.

This Town home is located in the front section of Portside Resort - fully furnished with King bed in the Master. Queen & twin bed in BR two. Queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. There is one full bath and one half bath, washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We love the location and it’s family oriented atmosphere and trust you will too.

There is a charcoal grill but must be used 10 feet from building at all times and cleaned after each use.

Portside Beach Resort is situated on 16 beautiful landscaped acres- which allows you to ride your bikes, leisure walk and you are away from all the traffic of the beach. Within the property there are 3 pools, (one heated, seasonal), kiddie pool, Hot tub, 3 tennis courts, club house and shuffle boards. During your stay at Portside there will not be a wasted minute waiting on elevators, luggage carts or traveling back and forth to a parking garage as you have the convenience of parking at your front door. Speaking of convenience, you’re just minutes from Panama City’s New International Airport, Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, fishing, scuba diving, sailing, golf, jet ski, parasailing, fine dining, shopping and much more. If you’re a beach lover, located directly across the street is the beautiful beach, and the warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Great Place to Stay!!

Property was just as described. The place was clean, neat, and so beachy. We came down for our grandson's World Series, and 6 of us were very comfortable. We would stay there again if we get the chance.

Sea Breeze was a Breeze!

We had the absolute best time at this family friendly condo! The owners went above and beyond with their hospitality to assist us with our stay. The condo was immaculate and smelled so clean and fresh. The renovations are beautifully updated. The beds were super comfortable and the ceiling fans were a huge plus for us. Everything we needed was available including nightlights and bathroom spray. The little things like this make it feel like home. We loved the balcony and the patio. It’s a short walk to either pool or the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished and even had dish soap and hand soaps were provided at each sink. Another plus were the hooks in the bedrooms and hallways to hang items like towels or swimsuits. All these details made our vacation so convenient and we also loved the beach décor throughout. It was a peaceful respite for our family. We highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental and we hope to stay there again next year!

A home away from home 😎

To say Sea Breeze was exceptional is somewhat an understatement! The things you expect were certainly there but the things you don’t expect is what impressed us! Things like luxurious towels, matching dishes & drink ware (as opposed to the thrift store mix we’ve found in other stays). Even the HVAC system - it was as cool upstairs as down (a rarity). The decor - absolutely wonderful, totally “beach” but exceedingly tasteful. We had a rainy day washout but so what, it was just fine spending our day at “home”! The best for last - the owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. Threw them a curve late in the time leading up to our stay - they reacted with grace & understanding. Halfway through our stay they checked in to see how our stay was going (never happened before). All in all, it was a wonderful week! Thanks Al & Colleen, if your goal for Sea Breeze was perfection, you came pretty darn close! 😎😁

Quiet, Convenient and Cozy

The property owners we're super nice and easy to contact with questions. The property was quiet and clean with a friendly staff. The kids loved the pools staying open a little later into the evening so they could night swim. Beach access was very close. This property is just close enough to Pier Park but also just far enough away so you don't have all the traffic! It's too bad you cant rate more than 5 stars!!!! BIG thanks to the owners for sharing your property with us!

The good toilet paper

The property was amazing and price very reasonable. The location was so close to the beach and the pools at the property beautiful. And, the provided the soft toilet paper, not the cheap kind.

Absolutely phenomenal!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my trip to Panama City Beach! My friends an I had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with if we had any questions. The property was extremely clean, equipped with everything we’d need (toiletries, towels, iron, etc.), and I loved the area! If I’m ever back in the area, I’d hope to be able to stay here again.

Renting was easy. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $20 parking pass. I don’t remember that being advertised before booking so I didn’t really budget for that. But it was ok we paid it and still had a great time!!
