The Bear Slumbers in Big Bear, spa, WiFi, foosball, pool/ping-pong
Plan your family or group retreat for a year round getaway in this spacious but cozy almost 2,400-square-foot 3BR, 2BA Big Bear vacation home which can accommodate up to 8 people. Conveniently located within minutes to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resort, the Village, lake, golf course, zoo and grocery stores in the quiet neighborhood of Fox Farm in Big Bear.
The single level house offers a gracious layout. The wide-open great room features a bright vaulted ceiling including a bar, a floor to ceiling rock-faced wood burning fireplace. Enjoy a good book, watch TV and an even better glass of wine or on a cold, snowy day, cuddle with your loved one in a warm blanket on the comfortable oversized sofa. The large sliding door opens to the back deck with beautiful view of the large back yard covered with trees.
Down the hall are two bedrooms with a bathroom in the hallway. The first bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The main suite features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with separate sink and large shower and a back deck access. The laundry room is available and convenient for longer stays.
Enjoy all the perks of home during your stay including Wifi, Netflix, AppleTV. 4 large flat screen TV, 1 in the great room and 1 in each of the bedroom. A labtop desk is available for working from home guests. Spend some time challenging each other at a game of foosball, ping-pong, billards or have some fun time playing a poker game, chess or board games.
After a long day of skiing or exploring the mountain and lake, you will be happy to come home and slip into the soothing bubbles of the private hot tubs on the lower back deck. The lower deck also has a large fenced back yard that kids can safely run and explore or snow play during the winter. Enjoy a home-cooked holiday meal in the well-equipped kitchen or fire up the grill to show off your barbeque grilling talent on the upper back deck.

Our place is in Fox Farm, a very nice and quite neighborhood in Big Bear. Taking a walk around the neighborhood and enjoy what the mountain can offer.
