Modern and cozy one-bedroom condo 10 min away from gorgeous Clearwater Beach. It’s comfortable, high-quality, a quiet corner of the community, and very clean. It has nice and comfortable furniture, fine sheets, blankets, towels, etc. Spacious fully equipped kitchen and big shower, king-size bed, sleeping sofa & relaxing patio. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. TVs in the living room and bedroom, Full cable, ROKU, fast WiFi. Heated pool, gated community, 24h gym. You’ll enjoy my place!!
My place is about quality and coziness. I take care of the cleaning details and make sure that guests feel at home and have everything they need.

Perfect for two and close to spring training and the drive to the beach. The host makes check-in and access very convenient, and is a great communicator. The pool is very nice, but it does get crowded. I took one of the host's chairs from the balcony closet with me and used it, which proved helpful. The Avalon is a great complex, and the people were very friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cute apartment. Clean, decorated nicely, convenient balcony. Very close to the beach and not too much of a drive into St. Pete or even Tampa. Lots of great places to eat nearby (highly recommend the Mint Fox for ice cream - Zanzibar chocolate in particular). My friend slept on the couch (didn’t bother with the pullout) and said it was very comfortable. Loved the heated pool. Only one tiny thing that could've made it even better: adding a full length mirror (even just one of the cheap ones they sell at Walmart) in the bedroom, so that one person can get ready while the other is in the bathroom. But overall, it was a lovely place, and we had a lovely time. Enjoyed Clearwater and staying at the Avalon very much!

Great location, Cute Decor!

The property itself is well maintained and in a great location near close to shopping, food and the beach! Our unit was very well decorated and clean (with the exception of a roach issue which the owner handled well) and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the convenient parking!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed in Marta’s condo for our honeymoon, the place was nice and just a short 10 minute drive to the beach and everywhere we needed to stay! There was no noise from the neighbors, and the property was easy to navigate! We would definitely book here again

wonderful stay!

me and my boyfriend rented this place for our senior trip. it was amazing for us, it was very homey and welcoming. there was beach toys, towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, cooking supplies, and bathroom necessities all well supplied. anything i messaged owner she was quit to respond and helped as much as she could. place is in an amazing location, it’s close to the beach but far enough away to be out of traffic and noise. very safe place, people we ran into were extremely friendly.

Cute place

This was a cute place to stay. It was a short drive to the beach/ down town clear water, and about a 30 minute drive to the Tampa airport. Check in was extremely easy and Marta was very quick to respond. We had a cleaning issue when we first arrived but Marta took care of it immediately for us. The only bummer about this stay was the bed was uncomfortable for our 5 night stay, but other then that it was a nice community and quiet.

Great Stay HOWEVER

The apartment was the perfect place for a quick spring break getaway. Space is accurately represented in pictures and description. Is conveniently located near grocery, restaurants, beach, etc. There were zero complaints during stay. HOWEVER, nearly a week after departure, the owner messaged me accusing me of stealing items from the property. Luckily, hours later, she said she found some of them. After saying numerous times, I did not take the items, in fact, I did not use them during my stay either, 3 days later she charged me for items she seemed to have misplaced. Would stay in another apartment in the complex, but never again with this property owner.

Great location!

This place had what we were looking for...heated pool, kid friendly, grocery store across the street, and quiet. Short drive to the beach. Marta was quick to respond to the couple of questions I had. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our daughter said we could live here 😁

SPECTACULAR!!!!

My Wife and I chose this place for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. It is an easy drive to get to the beach and most of anywhere else like a store and gas stations. It is very cozy and cute. It was also alot bigger than what the pictures looked like. Everything was very homey. We definitely had a blast and its also quite affordable. We have no complaints about this place at all. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent condo!

Very cute condo! I loved the simple decor here. It was just me and my daughter so perfect size for us two. Very clean and smelled good! The condo was stocked with few essentials too, which we didn’t expect, so that was nice. The property seemed nice and quite. I would definitely stay here again. The drive to the beach was short and easy. The only problem I ran into was loud construction early in the morning.

My condo is just 3.5 miles away, offering a more affordable option compared to the hotels directly on the beach. Quiet corner apartment on the top (3rd) floor, with no neighbor above. The community provides a peaceful and relaxing retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of beach life.

I provide essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent.

The unit includes a washer and dryer and is located in a quiet corner at the back of a beautiful gated community with a year-round heated pool and a 24-hour gym.

I believe in quality, so you won’t be disappointed with my home. However, please keep in mind that this is a 5-star Airbnb, not a 5-star hotel. I’m just one person and may not be able to accommodate every request, but I strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
