Qué hacer: lo haría el tenis / campo de golf, casa club elegante, con restaurante y bar, senderos para trotar, gimnasio, gran lago, barbacoa, parque infantil, baloncesto, seguridad las 24 horas y mucho más. Sólo $ 529. 00 por semana. Sin cargo de limpieza. depositada "NAVI" utilizar de forma gratuita. La empresa alquiler de coches podría cobrar alrededor de $ 10 00 por día. El GPS se puede ajustar en alemán o en muchos otros idiomas. Todos los parques / atracciones / restaurantes / gasolineras Orlando temáticos, etc. ya están vorgrammiert y se pueden seleccionar fácilmente. We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jan was fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and made everything very easy.The location was perfect, with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby, and the surrounding community offered plenty of great walking areas.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Jon”s place is 5 stars. All you need is your clothes and food for the fridge. He has every amenity you can ever imagine just like your own home. The country club setting is fantastic with a nice relaxing back patio. I’ll try to rent this for him every time I’m in Orlando.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben unseren Ferienaufenthalt in den ersten drei Wochen der Sommerferien 2025 in Jans Ferienwohnung sehr genossen – und würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen!Jan ist ein absolut zuverlässiger und äußerst hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Besonders dankbar sind wir ihm für die Unterstützung beim Mietwagen. Außerdem gibt er großartige Tipps für Ausflüge, sodass wir unsere Urlaubstage perfekt planen konnten.Die Wohnung war ein Traum: blitzsauber und mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Kühlbox für den Strand, das Boogieboard, Poolausrüstung sowie die bestens ausgestattete Küche – bis hin zu Tupperdosen und Salatschleuder.Der Pool ist in einer Minute erreichbar, bietet Liegen und überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten, oft waren wir sogar allein dort. Das Resort ist ideal gelegen: alles Wichtige in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, und trotzdem ist die Wohnung wunderbar ruhig. Die liebevoll aufbereitete Gästebroschüre mit Infos zu Ärzten, Restaurants u.v.m. war ein echter Mehrwert.W-Lan, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine/Trockner und TV in jedem Zimmer – alles funktionierte tadellos. Besonders genossen wir abends den kleinen, regengeschützten Freisitz.Fazit: Perfekte Unterkunft, perfekter Gastgeber – uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

This condo is in a perfect area for adults or families. There is an 18 hole golf course, beautiful pools, on site restaurant and security. We couldn't recommend it more. In addition, you are close to many more restaurants and theme parks. The owner is always available for questions or problems. It is extra clean and has easy access to walking trails and a golf driving range

What you see is what you get!

The condo was everything it showed in the pictures. The owner had a lot of extras available for use during our stay. He responded promply anytime we messaged him and gave great directions. We would definately rent from this owner again!

A Quiet Piece of Paradise

This gem was just as expected, a 10 per the reviews. It was roomy enough for my husband, adult son and I. The patio was used quite a bit as was the pool--both of which were in sunny spots and very clean. The condo itself was amazing--Jan has stocked more than you could need here in terms of cooking supplies, soaps, laundry soaps, towels, washcloths, etc. The furniture was clean, modern and comfortable. The beds were VERY comfortable. And Jan. Super easy to contact and very responsive. He checked in on us via email just to make sure all was going well. I was asking for printer, possibly somewhere on the property to print off a 3 page document. There is not a business center and he offered to print it off and bring it to me--who does that? Just an awesome host.We would highly recommend this property if you want some sunshine, relaxation and very nice place to stay.Thank you Jan!!

Perfect place to stay, exceptionally clean and well kept.

Super FeWo, um seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Wieder einmal, zum nun bereits 9 Mal, unsere bevorzugte Unterkunft, in einer entspannten, sicheren, gepflegten und ruhigen Lage, inmitten einer gated Community . Der Pool ist in Sichtweite und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen erholsamen Urlaub garantiert, da sie von Jan selbst verwaltet und auch mit deutscher Gründlichkeit gereinigt wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Puplix, Walmart, Drogerien, etc.) befinden sich in kurzer Entfernung, so dass auch die Selbstverpflegung hervorragend gelingt. Dies war nicht unser letzter Besuch bei Jan und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächst Mal. Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich auch ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickelt, so dass auch gemeinsames Essen und Unternehmungen stattfinden. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen und bekommt von uns gern die Höchstnoten. Once again, for the 9th time now, our preferred accommodation, in a relaxed, safe, well-kept and quiet location, in the middle of a gated community. The pool is within sight and very well maintained. The apartment is very well maintained, very clean and equipped with everything that guarantees a relaxing holiday, as it is managed by Jan himself and also cleaned with German thoroughness. Shops (Aldi, Puplix, Walmart, drugstores, etc.) are within a short distance, so self-catering is also an excellent option. Husband Stayin at ORMC

The place was absolutely amazing. I felt very secured staying there as it is under 24 hours security no one is allowed in unless you are a resident or a guest. My husband was staying at ORMC and my brother in law and I wanted to be close by he lives in Ft. Myers, Fl. and I live in Tavares, Fl. The place was between 15 to 20 mins from the hospital. Upon arrival I was able to get in with the code I was provided for entry. I thought I may have to extended my trip another week since my husband was having a very bad week and the management did not have availability, but went out of his way to reach others that have places in Ventura trying to help me locate another unit. My overall experience was that I wish they had property every where I would ever need to rent from. They are more than a property management they made me feel like friends. Even after we left they made sure to text me during the hurricane, checking on us and seeing how my husband was doing. No one does that, but this person did. If I could give 10 stars I would, but I gave them 5 stars the allowed maximum and if you are ever in need of a place to rent from I highly recommend this one.

GREAT PLACE IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

For 2024 we decided to have again some vacations days in Ventura Golf Country Club. So after booking a reservation we travelled to Orlando and were pleased again to find the place super clean. It has been the same since our first stay here 7 or 8 years ago, and we noticed again some improvements, specially new windows. This condo in Ventura Golf Country Club is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding. The parking in front of the door is really convenient , and you can go walking to the club house for a tee-time. On top of that the condo is perfectly located at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center, 30mn from Winter Garden via the 408 expressway, 55 mn from Cocoa beach and Port Canaveral. Publix, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance. More, the friendly owner is easy to join and is reacting quickly, so your stay can’t be more enjoyable.

Fantastic 2 weeks

Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

Very Enjoyable Visit

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 6 week visit to this lovely apartment. The apartment was just as described in the advertisement. It was very clean on arrival and is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has all the amenities you could need for a great stay , from the well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and comfortable beds and seating. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to a very nearby pool exclusively for residents of this local neighbourhood of Willowpointe (most days we were the only ones using this pool) as well as a larger pool and restaurant at the "19th hole" of the golf clubhouse. The golf course of the Ventura estate is a well cared for local course at reasonable rates ( you will get residents discount as a guest here) and friendly and helpful staff. Our host Jan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from our initial enquiry through to the end of our stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to come back again myself in the future.

Mooi appartement. Heel erg compleet. De eigenaar is heel toegankelijk en reageert bijna onmiddellijk. Mooie community, wel wat stil in onze periode. Het zwembad voor Willowpointe vonden wij geweldig. Het appartement ligt behoorlijk centraal en alles is in de buurt (berijdbaar). Heel erg dicht bij het vliegveld. Een aanrader!

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The gated community made us feel safe. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and detailed messaged were left for us to answer any questions. Jan was also very helpful and readily available to address any additional questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Spacious, Clean Condo.

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Great.location close to everything including theme parks. Condon was clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we wanted for nothing. No complaints everything was good. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Notre séjour, c’est bien déroulé. Le condo est équipé plus que le client en demande. Il est impeccable concernant la propreté. Nous sommes séjournez 3 semaines, golf, piscine, pickleball, et resto du club house. Tout pour oublier l’hiver au Canada. Merci pour tout. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

I have been coming to Ventura CC every March with golf buddies for the last 6 years. This condo is my favorite and I hope it will be available next year too. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Jan ‘s a wonderful host, check in and check out simple. See you next year Jan!

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

¡Hola. Soy Jan Dorwarth y vivo durante 20 años a EE.UU. y desde 1998 en Orlando totalmente en la cercanía de mis ambos apartamentos para vacaciones. ¡I Florida love!! Este 2te nuevo apartamento para vacaciones era renovado completamente. Ahora la administración y alquiler de estos 2 apartamentos para vacaciones es mi trabajo de tiempo lleno. Ahora limpio también de limpieza misma y es junto a mí el número 1. Ellos conocen la buena minuciosidad alemana. Ellos pueden reservar directamente conmigo y no tienen que pagar aquí ningunas tasas. Ellos tienen que mandarme sólo una pregunta. Tengo también un vídeo de Fewo. y luego la colocación puedo enviarle también directamente.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Tengo muchísima experiencia con el alquilar de apartamentos para vacaciones. Poseo ya un apartamento para vacaciones desde 2000 yo también aquí en www.fewo directamente gelistet tiene. El objeto el número es 50312 y tengo ya 176 valoraciones excelentes con casi sólo 5 estrellas. ¡Junto a mí el huésped es rey y la limpieza es el número 1!! Ellos pagan sólo el alquiler si usted ha llegado en el lugar y a usted el apartamento para vacaciones gusta o pueden transferirme el alquiler en Adelante en euros. Encuentro a mis huéspedes siempre personalmente si posiblemente en el apartamento para vacaciones y doy muchos buenos consejos sobre Orlando y las atracciones a mis huéspedes. Además, tengo algunos guías turísticos alemanes sobre Orlando y la Florida en el apartamento para vacaciones. ¡El uso Gratis de NAVI le ahorra también muchísimo dinero!!!! Además, gibts junto a mí Free soberbios el Ahorra el cupón el paquete y una selección gratis en refrescos en su llegada en la nevera esperan. En el clasificador colocado juntos por mí usted encuentra la información sobre restaurantes, droguerías, supermercados, médicos y hospitales con la dirección + tel. el número cada restaurante hasta con la carta y los precios. Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

En el arrendamiento de mi apartamento para vacaciones usted tiene un 'alemán real' en el lugar. Sé exactamente en el cual mis 'alemanes' ponen estimado. Además, usted le paga junto a mí sólo si en el apartamento para vacaciones han llegado y a usted todo gusta. En los máximos se tiene que pagar Adelante ya en y usted nada sabe si este piso o casa en general exestiert. Junto a mí no hay ningunos sorpresas.
