**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
You will love this unit located at Jacobs Landing which is the most popular family vacation spot in Birch Bay. Centrally located within walking distance to so many activities and local businesses and best of all it is directly across from the water. It is a very clean, well maintained two bedroom upper level condo with a great view of the water and Birch Bays amazing sunsets. Recently this condo has had a remodel which included new flooring, counter tops, beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower rather than tub shower combo. There is a full size washer and dryer so pack light, you are on vacation. On the entry level of the condo you will find a bedroom with a Queen size bed and new TV. There is also the full size bathroom, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for making a large meal or light snack. From the kitchen step into the living room with electric fireplace insert, cable TV with complimentary Netflix. Did I mention the great view which you can see from the kitchen and living room. From there step onto the deck which is off of the living room. This is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the view and watch one of Birch Bay's amazing sunsets. Grill up lunch or dinner on the electric grill provided for your convenance. The second bedroom is upstairs in the loft with a great view of the main floor, twin beds and another new large TV, a the half bath completes this bedroom. This condo is only a very short walk to the beach, one of the warmest Bays in the State. You can clam dig, play in the tidal pools, swim, crab or have a beach fire. The condo itself has everything you need to to enjoy a weekend get a way or an extended stay. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, wine glasses, serving dishes, air fryer and so much more. There is also a clubhouse for your use with indoor pool, soaking hot tub, tennis court and racquetball court.
