Come and enjoy this luxury 1 Bedroom right on Lake Hamilton! Everything is new, including the IN ROOM LAUNDRY making it convenient to stay longer and take advantage of discounted weekly rates. You won't be disappointed!

The top floor location means better views (on the quieter end of the property). Relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony and take in the beautiful lake views over the manicured lawn.

All new furniture including the KING SIZE (luxury) bed, queen air mattress, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, linens, bedding, laminate wood flooring (no carpet!), and custom full-size tub/shower.

We also provide our guests free private high speed WIFI inside the unit!

Willow Beach Condominiums boast a central location, right in town, yet separated from the noise. Just around the corner is the Hot Springs Mall and The Behind The Mall Cinema. There are more restaurants than one can count within a couple of miles, as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Boat and water toy rentals are just down the street, as well. Less than 10 minutes to Oaklawn Park for horse racing and other gaming. Less than 20 minutes to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Water Park.

Best Birthday

We booked this place for celebrating my birthday. Everything was great! The view was amazing! Everything was very clean, it was peaceful and very relaxing!! We will definitely be back!!

Location on water is great!

In town for family wedding. Great location on water. Sadly couldn’t give 5 stars all the way due to minor cleaning issues and (Bulbs, batteries, bed sinks to the middle (I thought it was just replaced), pots/pans lack of kitchen supplies. This is more of a Property Manager/Cleaner/Inspector duties. Not owners. Other than that it’s perfect for a couples getaway on the lake!

Nice stay

Was happy to have found this location last minute. We were in need of a pet friendly location on the water with a boat slip, and this was perfect for us. Clean, newly renovated condo with comfortable bed.

Weekend get a way

The location is good. Easy to get to the downtown shopping and to Oaklawn. The inside of the condo is cute and functional. We had a little difficulty getting into the condo with the lock system. However, the owner promptly called to walk us through how to use the lock entry system.

Peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed our short weekend getaway. The property was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. It was refreshing and relaxing to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view both morning and evening. Would definitely go back again!

Nice location

This was a convenient location to get anywhere around Hot Springs with a nice view. Cleaning crew left a few things lying on the bathroom floor but other than that it was clean and comfortable. Our trip was cut short due to the flooding of the roads from the bad storms. We weren’t able to cancel our stay or change the dates so we tried to make the most of it, but one night is all we were able to stay. So, we weren’t able to enjoy the area which looked really nice!

Great Weekend Getaway

Easy check in, great location, condo was clean, quiet and peaceful overlooking the lake. Great space for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had all that was needed for our stay. Balcony had good space to sip and eat. Condo is as advertised. Pictures are current. We enjoyed our stay. Checkout was easy as well.

Had a nice weekend.

I had a nice weekend with my wife. The place was very clean and I appreciate that. The floor is really uneven and I found that annoying. There was a DIRECTV box but the cable wire was broken but there were 3 different remotes (always bothers me). It was cold when we went but it would be a great place for lake activities. Overall I thought it was a good value.

Rough Check-In, but otherwise a nice stay!

When we arrived at the property the front door lock was dead and was failing to unlock with our code. We finally got inside after multiple tries only to find multiple smoke alarms also chirping with dead batteries as well as the TV remote being dead. It was like the Twilight zone. We reached out to the property manager and he responded quickly to help us. There were around 3-4 different numbers for property management on the door, in the book, on the fridge, so he nicely helped us contact her and confirm the correct number. Maintenance was there about an hour later after going to the store for batteries to help us out and was also very nice. The pool behind the building is a nice touch and right off the lake with a great view. The deep end is about 6ft and there are a lot of chairs and tables. The VRBO does not include any pool towels that we could find, so you'll need to use the ones from the bathroom or bring your own. There is a balcony with a table, chairs, and small grill overlooking the pool, marina, and lake. Lots of gorgeous natural light in the living area! The bedroom has an unframed, blacked-out door turned window situation going on that was covered up by curtains so the room is very dark. The bed slept a bit hot, but wasn't terrible as far as comfort. Everything was pretty clean, kitchen was decently stocked, and overall a great location close to everything! We had a nice stay and appreciated the decent response time for all our battery issues.
