Main villa: 6/8 people

It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double beds in 140cm + 2-person trundle bed), 2 shower rooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with American bar, terrace, garden, indoor parking for multiple vehicles and private swimming pool.



For large groups, the possibility of renting an additional small apartment adjacent to a second one located below the villa, accommodating 2 to 4 people (separate access, no overlooking).



The studio has an air-conditioned room (double bed in 140 cm), a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.



Air conditioning: yes in each room.



Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.



Multimedia equipment: large flat-screen television (Orange bouquet channels and Smart TV system), Internet via Wi-Fi.



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, parasol, cool box, charcoal barbecue.



Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation. Fenced garden of 600 m² with barbecue.



Swimming pool: yes, salt water swimming pool of approximately 7.5m x 3.5m (depth up to 1.70m) with secure access via a barrier, sun loungers and outdoor shower.



Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.



Associated services: upon your arrival, fruit juices, rum, and the basic elements of the first breakfast will be waiting for you. The rate includes pool maintenance once a week. With an additional charge, you can have the services of a housekeeper and a local caterer with meal delivery on site.



Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of external people not covered by the contract.

The studios can be occasionally rented by other holidaymakers, however, you alone will have access to the swimming pool, the use of which is reserved for tenants of the main villa.
