Just a few feet to the harbor, beach, yacht club, restaurants, snowball stands and more! The ultimate home to entertain and relax. Raised cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, front porch with rockers and screened side porch overlooking the Long Beach Harbor. Under the home, parking for 4 cars, large outdoor entertaining area, smart TV, kitchen with grill, dining area, private salt water plunge pool, Adirondack chairs and more! This custom home has a full washer and dryer, flat screen smart TVs, soaps, paper goods, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided. House is equipped with a cargo lift to the second floor. Home sleeps 8 comfortably. All kitchen conveniences and basic condiments available to include fine dinnerware as well as melamine non-breakable options. High chair and infant pack n play provided. Additional parking available at the home for Cruisin’ the Coast, Jeepin' the Coast, and other events.

Long Beach is conveniently located an hour to New Orleans and only a few minutes to Gulfport, Biloxi and Bay St Louis. Casinos and entertainment within 5 minutes. Our Daughters Senior trip

Property was exactly as described. It felt like how walking in. Very well taken care of and decorated tastefully. Everything we needed was there and absolutely everything worked. we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us! it made a very memorable week for our daughter's senior trip.

Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

This home was gorgeous, clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Absolutely loved that they have a high chair and pack n play! We did find the AC had a little trouble keeping up during the day but it never got higher than 73 degrees and would cool off quickly at night. Also, the master shower is really slick when wet so be careful. Overall this was a wonderful home and location. Easy to communicate with owners and they were so friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 9 nights & the location was ideal for us. We could walk to beach & when it got too hot there we came back & swam in pool. Loved our stayed. Already planning our next stay.

Family getaway

My family and I had a great time here. The house was nice and clean. The floor plan gave us plenty of room to relax. I think everything was well stocked.(Towels & Paper products). The house was nicely decorated. Under the house had plenty of space to park cars, play games, eat outside or go swimming. The house is also close enough to walk to the beach or to restaurants in the city of Long Beach.

Amazing place

The house was just like it was listed. It was the perfect place for our family during national cheer competition and family vacation. House owner was quick to respond to anything questions we had. Loved that the beach and restaurants are close. My boys were able to do go down to the pier and do some fishing. We will be back again

Great Stay!

Our family was in the Gulfport area for a baseball tournament and really appreciated the area and this home. The property was clean and had a lot of amenities. The beach and restaurants were in walking distance and "downtown" Long Beach was nearby with some cute shops and restaurants. The area felt safe and home was well equipped. Our kids loved the plunge pool and it stayed shaded most of the day. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. The only constructive feedback is it could have been clearer that the half bath is downstairs and the charcoal grill was well used and likely needs to be replaced. In summary, we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this home if we come back to Gulfport/Long Beach.

Great stay

Everything was great as always. Will always book the house when we are there. The only thing was the porches were a little dirty and a lot of sand under the living room rug. Again we had the best time and yall are always helpful. Thank you so much.

Sister trip

The house wassuper nice and had everything needed for our stay. I have rented many houses over the years and none provided quite as many amenities as Quint's Cottage did. Laura was very responsive to my questions.

Perfect place to relax, have family time, and enjoy God’s creation at the beach!

We are a family of 7. We have 5 kids ages 18, 16,15, 12, and 22 months. This was such a comfortable vacation home for everyone! The location is great. So close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Even if the weather isn’t perfect for the beach, the pool, porches and outdoor area are fun to relax and play games. This home is by far the most well equipped/stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in. These hosts/owners have thought of everything! There was absolutely nothing we needed and couldn’t find right in the home. We also appreciated the high quality mattresses, pillows, and bed linens that we are used to at home. The Smart TVs in each room was also a plus, so that the kids and adults could watch what they wanted to in the evenings. This home itself is beautiful, but is also BEAUTIFULLY decorated with a classy, coastal and airy feel to the interior. There is so much to do! Walk or ride bikes to the beach, splash in the pool, play a game of corn hole, swing on the disc swing, cook out, enjoy the fire pit in the outdoor area, or enjoy coffee on the porch. There is something for everyone at this beautiful vacation home!

Relaxing Stay

The house was as advertised. It had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The pool was nice to cool off with in the afternoon. The beach was a short walk away. The location was good for accessing the whole Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Fun getaway

We came down to the coast to visit family and friends. The house is laid out very well. I wish it were warmer because we didn’t get to use the pool or walk around town.

Awesome home, Awesome host!

Home was clean and so cute! Perfect for our group…we had 5 adults, a 1 yr old and two small dogs. The home has everything you need, including things for the baby and dogs! We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch and cooling off in the pool! Right up the street from great food and casinos :)…Laura was a great host, responding quickly even early in the morning…would definitely recommend or stay here again if we came to the area

There is shopping, dining, fishing and the beach within a few blocks. Very convenient to New Orleans, international airports, Bay St Louis, barrier island fishing, breweries (Chandeleur, Southern Prohibition, Abita) Casinos and more! A hidden gem!

Hurricane Katrina reduced the town of Long Beach and today, 15 years later there is a new generation of life and renewal.

Since staying here, we bike everywhere! Dinner on Jeff Davis, DJ and karaoke 🎤, everything is within arms reach and bikeable. Love this life, feel like I’m on Martha’s Vineyard in a Hollywood blockbuster, surreal. Also, I love that my friends and family want to come visit because its such a cool location! Bonus!
