Welcome hunters, business travelers, and families! You are sure to enjoy this spacious, quiet, and private upstairs unit in a superb central location.

This unit is within easy walking distance of downtown and local schools. With four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you are sure to find room for your whole crew! There are 2 private entrances, each accessible via one flight of stairs. Please enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and on-site washer and dryer.

If you are traveling with a larger group, we also offer several additional furnished rental properties within a one- to three-block radius, and we would be happy to help accommodate your group.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any other substances are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Due to allergy and environmental sensitivity concerns, pets and animals of any kind are not permitted.

The place is spacious and comfortable, with all the things you need easy to find. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. It's an easy distance from the downtown area. If you are bothered by noise, you might want earplugs for the trains at night.

Thank you for your kind review Nicolette! We do live in a town with trains! We do provide fans and white noise machines if guests would like that amenity. This is the first time I have had someone mention train noise on this property since we began hosting eight years ago. I will be sure to make a note for future guests that if they would like a fan, earplugs, or a white noise machine that we have those items on site. Fantastic and roomy

The listing is definitely accurate, but I'd say the space is even bigger than the pictures show. All the rooms were spacious. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed for all of us (6 adults, 1 child) to be comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing, everything and more than we were hoping for, very spacious and comfortable,super comfy beds which is key to me as I have a bad back. The space is stock with all the basic needs plus a lot extras we were not expecting, and superior air conditioning, we were here durning a record breaking heatwave and were able to stay cool and comfortable when we were in this space. I would not hesitate to stay here again, this is the perfect space for a family or group to stay, enjoyed every moment our host was amazing and very quick to respond if we had any questions and also the location is super close to restaurants, shopping and a very pretty park with a splash pool. This space is located in a quiet residential area, so really has everything you need, I would rate it 5

Very clean, with useful amenities, especially for families with small children. The second floor location might not be ideal, but still a nice place to stay. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. P

Awesome place!

The neighborhood.was.awesome qith a nice park 3.blocjs away and the apartment was.large enough that 3 adults , an 11 year old.and a 12.year old had plenty of.room..including.souvineirs !.robin.was.very quock.to.answer and questioms.we.had also..we would.most defineatley stay here agaim!!

Hunting trip 4 guys

Great place for 4 guys and gear, plenty of space, each had our own room, easy parking for truck and trailer, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, ice maker worked, etc, etc. Robin and husband easy to communicate with- they even brought over a gas BBQ for us to use 1 night. We'll definitely be back.

It is located within a mile of Denton Field, the AgriSports Complex (hockey and rodeo activities), and the Eastern Montana Fairgrounds. This property is across the street from Lincoln school and is one block from Custer County District High School.
