Located right next to the forest and just a 6-minute walk from Saint Georges Beach, this studio is the perfect spot! It’s on the 1st floor of a peaceful residence.
For lunch or a coffee break, relax in the furnished veranda with table and chairs. It’s equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
Step into the newly renovated living area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner includes a 2-burner vitroceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, mini washing machine, and mini dishwasher.
There’s also a bathroom with bathtub and electric towel warmer, as well as a separate WC.
A private parking space allows you to park your car safely and comfortably.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
