With ample space for up to 11 guests (10 in beds and 1 on the living room couch), the home is designed for comfort and connection. The airy, open-concept interior is ideal for gathering together, while the spacious deck provides a front-row seat to the mesmerizing beach views.

The remodeled kitchen, with sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, invites you to create memorable meals while staying connected with your group. For an extra dose of relaxation, the deck offers uninterrupted views of the beach, where you can soak in the scenery or watch the waves roll in.

This home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Two large outdoor picnic tables make al fresco dining a breeze, while the large living room provides space for everyone to gather and unwind.

With 5 spacious bedrooms, this home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are located downstairs, accessible via an outdoor stairway. The downstairs area is perfect for a second family or guests who prefer fewer stairs. Each downstairs bedroom has its own private outdoor entrance, and the bathroom is en-suite to one bedroom, requiring shared access through that room.

Entertainment & Connectivity

Stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet throughout the home, and enjoy streaming apps on the TVs in four of the bedrooms. For some family fun, check out the board games stored in the cabinets, or take advantage of the beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs we provide for your enjoyment.

Beach Essentials & Outdoor Fun

After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, equipped with both hot and cold water. We also offer storage space for your beach toys and boats, so you have everything you need for a memorable day in the sun.

Pet-Friendly with Ample Outdoor Space

We welcome one well-behaved, housebroken dog (up to 50 pounds) to join your vacation. Please ensure your pet is flea- and tick-free, and follow Galveston County’s leash laws. Dogs must be crated if left unattended and should accompany you when leaving the property. A $20 nightly pet fee applies, and we can discuss exceptions to the one-dog policy with advance notice.
