Clean, crisp colors and welcoming beach decor welcome guests as they walk through the door of this spacious home. Just be sure to shower off the sand in the outdoor shower before coming inside! Four ceiling fans (including one in each bedroom) and central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside. Put together up a lovely meal in the fully equipped kitchen, set up with an open design so that everyone at the breakfast bar, dining area, and living room can participate in the conversation. Outside, guests can fire up the private gas grill and cook up some freshly caught fish. The private washer/dryer will take care of all the swimsuits while everything's grilling up! The screened-in porch will be the perfect place for everyone to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

What's nearby:
The beach is just under half a mile away, and it's easy to walk through the residential streets! All beaches in Mexico Beach are public property. Enjoy white sandy beaches in both directions, and be sure to pick up some delicious seafood at Mango Marley's and Killer Seafood to enjoy on the shore (both within just two miles of this home). Charisma Charters, just under three miles away, will help guests get out onto the water and pulling up some delicious grouper, pompano, Spanish mackerel, and more!

Nice house

The house was very nice and was cleaned well. This was our second time staying here and it was very enjoyable both times. We would love to stay again. It’s in a nice little community. Short walk to the beach and we loved the outside shower.

Mexico Beach

We had a great time at Mexico Beach. The house was perfect for our needs. The showers were clean and easily accessible for my mom and aunt. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. We will definitely return soon.

Lovely home within a 3 block walking distance to beach. Nice screen porch and front porch area for sitting outside. Very roomy and appreciated the laundry room and the deep bathtub. 2 bathrooms very nice for company.

Anniversary Trip

The house was lovely, clean and within walking distance from to the beach. Could definitely use new mattress in Master bedroom. The mattress in the master bedrom sinks really bad in the middle therefor you vith roll to the middle so we stuffed pillows under mattress to try and help with comfort. Nicely sticked kitchen and restrooms.

We will go back!

Our stay at this property was very pleasant! It sleeps nine, but is great stay for a couples get away. The house is about a quarter mile walk from the beach. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but I would suggest adding a few more basics like measuring cup set. For anyone who does book here and plan to cook like we did, make sure you bring your own cooking spray/oil, seasonings, aluminum foil, ziplocs, etc - as there was nothing of this sorts in the house. All utilities and appliances that we used were in great use! Loved that there was a roku and multiple TVs. Made logging into hulu, Netflix, etc easy and it was nice to choose the couches or the bedroom for lounging.

Simple but cute home, close walk to the beach.

This home was a lot closer to the beach than I anticipated. Infact, you can see the entrance to the boardwalk from the yard. We really enjoyed the side porch and swing in the yard. The home is spacious and housed all 7 guest just fine. The homes kitchen could use a few additions. There were only 7 forks, 3 large spoons, and no measuring cups. The refrigerator was frozen when we arrived (Saturday night). We were told on Sunday by the local rep that he would be back with ice and coolers but he did not return that day. It was Monday early afternoon when we received a mini-fridge, but by the time the mini fridge arrived we had figured out how to defrost the main fridge and it started working. We loved the actual house and location and would consider staying again. The home was simple and clean. The beach area was not over crowded and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall we had a great trip.

Great house meh housekeeping

We loved the house as a whole especially screened in porch and outdoor rinse off shower. Great location. We even had a tortoise come into the yard early one morning and make a nest/then lay eggs! The bedroom with bunkbeds did not have linens upon arrival, only very sandy mattress pads on all three mattresses. After spending quite some time with the service line the manager agreed to send a member of housekeeping out to bring linens since it was after business hours. Those were dropped off inside the house while we were at dinner but not put onto the beds. The photos are also not accurate of what is in the house currently, seem to be staged photos. Furniture is not the same. None of the homey touches pictured were there! The beds do not have headboards so we kept losing our pillows between the wall and mattress. All bedding was duvet inserts, not actual comforters.

Beautiful house, but…

… convenience and amenities were sorely lacking. After driving most of the day, we just wanted to get in and relax. I had an email with a TEN DIGIT code to unlock the front door. I could not get the code to work. I called the help number listed in the email. After six minutes on hold, a lady asked me for my confirmation number. It was not on the access email and my computer was in the car. She finally said she would submit a trouble ticket. We kept trying the code and finally got it to work after seven or eight tries. That ten digit code continued to be a problem for our entire six day stay. At night, I would have to use the flashlight app on my phone to light up the numbers on a piece of paper and the keypad so my wife could enter the code. The front porch light was so dim it was useless.

Loved this home!

Very clean upon arrival. Parking was ample for truck and boat. Loved the floor plan of the home with everything on one level and bunk beds for the kids. Can’t wait to book this one again!
