✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in a covered carport.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly workspaces and access to the resort’s business center.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, high chair, and kids’ toys/books, available for rent/upon request.

✹ DOG FRIENDLY: We consider dogs on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet deposit will apply. If you are planning to travel with your dog, you must contact us before booking.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Enjoy inclusive access to the resort facilities, including a shared outdoor pool, gym with cardio equipment and free weights, grill/picnic area, kids’ playground and sandbox, plus bike racks.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ The swimming pool is open year-round from 10AM to 12AM. It is closed on Mondays for cleaning.

✹ Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book this property

✹ A credit card is required as a security deposit for all bookings at our property. After booking, you will receive a link to complete the deposit. A $150 hold will be placed 24 hours before your arrival and fully refunded upon departure, provided house rules are followed and no damages occur.

✹ We kindly ask that you treat our property with care and let us know of any concerns. Should any issue arise, we will respond promptly.
