The house
The house of about 75 m2 with unobstructed sea view "Pieds Dans l'eau" is composed of:
- an air-conditioned living room with 1 sofa that can be used as a single bed, equipped with a flat-screen TV, a bluetooth speaker and a dining room table.
- A fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, microwave oven, oven, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and crockery).
- A large bathroom with shower/bathtub, and washing machine
- Separate toilets
- A furnished terrace with private garden of about 90 m2 facing the sea and shaded with its mulberry trees, plane trees.
- 3 individually air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (with sea view), one with 1 double bed (separable) with sea view and one with 2 single beds (joinable).
The house is suitable for 6 people....
