Villa MONTEREY built in 2021 and located in the fashionable district of Chiberta, will appeal to lovers of architecture and interior design looking for a peaceful environment between the ocean and the forest.
THE LIVING SPACE
The house with an area of 170㎡ is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, a large lounge area decorated with taste, lit by many openings on the outside including a south-facing terrace invites you to relax.
A kitchen area and a large dining table gives access to the outdoor terrace from which you can also share your meals in the sun.
A laundry room is at your disposal as well as an office area upstairs.
You will enjoy beautiful sunny days by the heated swimming pool (9x3m). It is heated from end of May to end of September.
THE BEDROOMS
The house is equipped with 4 independent suites. The first bedoom on the ground floor consists of a double bed and a shower room. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with a Queensize bed and a shower room as well as a large master suite with a Queensize bed, a shower room, 2 dressing rooms, toilets and a private terrace overlooking the garden.
THE “PLUS "
You will appreciate the Weber gas barbecue to cook dinners on the terrace.
PARKING
A parking space is available in the courtyard of the property. You can also park vehicles for free on the street.

The house is located 700m from the Cavaliers beach (9 minutes by foot), 3 minutes by car from the Chiberta golf course and 6 kilometers from the center of Biarritz.
A stone's throw from the house, you will enjoy some sports activities in the Pignada forest or a walk on the Promenade du littorale along the beaches of Anglet.
