The Coldbrook House is a conveniently-secluded ski home located in Wilmington, VT - a quaint but accessible ski destination minutes to Mount Snow. The home is situated on 500 feet of pristine Coldbrook River frontage that is yours to enjoy at all 4 seasons.

The modern ski home spans 4,000 sq. ft with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths accommodating 13 guests in beds. Other amenities include 7-person hot tub, high-speed internet, cell signal booster, pool table & shuffleboard, DirectTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, and Sonos whole-home wifi speaker system.

The heart of the (adult) home is the kitchen, dining, and great room. The kitchen is professionally equipped with a Wolf range, SubZero refrigerator, and beverage fridge along with a wide assortment of kitchenware that you will need to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 15 or a pre-ski breakfast for the whole family. The eat-in kitchen and island can accommodate 8 and the live-edge dining table can accommodate 8 more! The vaulted ceiling great room is framed by an 18-foot custom wood burning fireplace and chandelier to set the mood on those chilly Fall and Winter days. Relax with a cocktail or glass of wine around the fire while the kids play in the basement.

In the warmer months, find yourself enjoying the back deck with a cup of coffee on the L-shaped lounge. Fire up the gas grill and have a cook-out, or simply enjoy a beer while taking in the sounds and beauty of the Coldbrook river at the outdoor dining table.

The heart of the (young & old kids) home is the walk-out finished basement housing a pool table, shuffleboard, dartboard, gas fireplace, 2 TVs, Xbox, and a wide range of streaming apps.

The main-level master suite offers easy access to the back deck via a private entrance and a beautiful canopy king bed along with a TV. The master on-suite leads to dual vanities, a jetted jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower with custom river rock tile, and a private toilet.

Upstairs you are greeted to an expansive loft area with multiple sitting areas, a desk, and a Juliet balcony with a sitting area that is beautifully private. The upstairs full bath offers an expansive layout with a shower/tub combo and rainshower. It easily accommodates the two bedrooms it services as well as bath time for the kids!

The Green Room & White Room are our two upstairs bedrooms which offer queen beds, sitting areas, and ample storage. Located at opposite ends of the home, they are quiet and secluded and provide amazing light no matter what season.

In the finished basement, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms. The Downstairs King offers a large king bed, storage, and easy access to the hot tub and game rooms. The Bunk Room (aka the kid's room) is equipped with 2 bunk beds (one single over single and one with single over double) along with plenty of storage for toys and luggage as well as easy access to the basement game room!
