Newly renovated in April of 2022, large home renting private half of the home that has 4 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom that sleeps 12 people. You have you own private kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, 4 bedrooms, game room, and private back yard with pool for your use only. Quiet neighborhood not for noisy parties, but great for relaxing at pool. The game room has a pool table, ping pong table and card table for social fun activites. Very private off street parking for 6 cars. Plenty of room for large vehicles, trailers, etc. The Host family lives on other side of house sealed off from guests with their own separate entrance & separate living space like a duplex or twin house. The host family is not able to see the pool area nor back yard from their side of house so the guest have complete privacy at the pool. Please note that only those listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, no additional guests or visitors nor parties allowed. Recently painted all rooms and refinished wood floors so we ask people to remove their shoes at the door and no boots or high heels on the floors. Please be sure pets have crates and pets such as dogs have their claws trimmed and not allowed to run freely in the house nor upstairs at all. We have an enclosed sun room which is great for pets to freely roam and they can also roam and play in the basement game room.
