**THE CO HOST IN CHARGE LIVES IN THE HOUSE, HAS HER OWN PRIVATE BEDROOM AND BATH. SHE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO GUESTS PRIVACY**
**HYPOALLERGENIC (LAP DOG) IN CO HOSTS ROOM**
All rooms are free from any dog hair and have not had any animals residing in them. Anyone with dog allergies should be cautious when booking**

3 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom house with lush green backyard paradise with pool and heated spa, and completely private backyard, full access to the whole house.

**THE CO HOST SHARES THE KITCHEN AND BACKYARD**

Shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, included, large work space with 2 desks for people who need workspace, large living room that can fit up to 10 guests at a time. I have 2 nice air mattresses if 2 additional guests need to stay.

Went to the NFR and golden knights

This place worked good for us. I've never stayed at a place with a co-host and I wondered how it would be. I didn't mind at all. I'm fact I liked it, barely saw her but she we there the one time we needed her. Beds were small queens, probably regular size but used to a king. But they were comfortable.

The Place to Stay!!

I was taken from day one. Dana is the real deal. For those who are skeptical of a host being on site, stop worrying. Dana was a real help even before we arrived with answering many questions and offering some great ideas that we might enjoy while staying. I return to Vegas every other year, and this will be the place for us to stay and I've already recommended to all my friends and family. All of us enjoyed our trip and stay very much. Many memories were made and staying here was just the start of them. Gordon Ramsey Steak was very good, and I recommend. Also, Nobu was a new and recommended experience as well. Horseback riding and dinner was an experience as well. So much to do and yet we had a home to go to at the end of everyday that was exceptional.

Awesome house with pool

We had a great time. The house was great. Kids enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood was nice, and it was an easy drive to downtown Las Vegas, to Hoover damn, and to Red Rock Canyon. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, but dissatisfied overall

A few quick notes- Overall our stay was satisfactory, this house is very close to the airport and had 3 rooms plus space in the front room for an air mattress. There is a cohost living there (which we were aware of when deciding to stay here), and she was quite nice. 1- The house (specifically the bathroom) wasn't cleaned well before our arrival. The toilet seat was dirty. 2- The property description shows a picture of a pool/hot tub - while the house did have a pool, it wasn't heated and pretty much unusable due to being too cold. I'm sure this isn't a problem during the summer, but if you rent this house during the winter, don't plan on using the pool. 3- The TV has no connections to local channels/dish/cable/etc. You basically hook your phone up to the house wifi and mirror whatever you want to watch from your phone to the TV, which wouldn't be a big deal, but the wifi was very slow and anything we tried to stream came out choppy and low quality. 4- The cohost was very nice, but she had the TV on in her room all night long, and it was loud enough that we could hear it in each of the rooms and even in the front room. Again, something to consider when renting this property with a cohost. 5- The cohost's dog is supposed to stay only in the master bedroom, but there were signs of the dog throughout the house and on the couches in the main room. If you have allergies to dogs, keep this in mind.

Family Christmas held here!

My family of 8 stayed here for our family Christmas. We are all adults, and it was wonderful! Dana, the hostess , was so accommodating!! It is close to airport, and downtown-very easy to get to-highly recommend!

Chill vibes in Paradise

Dana, the co-host is wonderful! The house is beautiful as well as the pool and garden areas. Plenty of pool floats for everyone and the most comfortable beds I’ve had at an VRBO! They effortlessly coaxed me to sleep after a day of shopping. The house isn’t far from the strip for Uber or Lift, as well as close to lots of dining options for delivery, take out or dine in. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family getaway!

My husband and our two teenagers really enjoyed the house. We especially loved the pool, yard, pool table and having our own rooms and options throughout the house for relaxing. Great location, close to the strip, etc. We felt very safe. The co-host, Dana, was amazing! Very accommodating, kind and helpful.

Great stay!

Dana was very attentive and helpful. She set up a huge air mattress in the den for one of our team. The house is as described, clean and roomy. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing.

Close to every thing

Great place does have a co host but she was never a issue. She was a lot of help on getting around town and places to eat. Having a smart phone is a must.

Perfect spot to stay

This property was the perfect spot to stay for us. Short Uber ride to strip or Southpoint for us. Dana was awesome and we would definitely stay here again!
