Glacier Riverbend Cabins nestled right on river just a mile from Glacier Park!

Now recently available for all seasons! Located less than a mile from the town of West Glacier and 1.5 mi from the entrance of the majestic Glacier National Park, this property features two separate cabins (price includes both cabins). Our largest, Moose Cabin, is a one-bedroom cabin, featuring a loft & queen pull-out couch. This newly built, modern cabin features a breath-taking view set on the bank of the middle fork of the Flathead River, hosting a virtual picture show of wildlife, making it a quiet, peaceful retreat. Our second cabin, the Elk Cabin, is smaller and features a small private bathroom and drapes to shut off sleeping area from other guests. Cabins are a stone's throw away from each other. There are pull-out sleeper sofas in each cabin and lofts in both. Moose - full bed in loft. Elk - twin in loft. Must be agile to sleep in loft area. These cabins are so special in that they offer so much to enjoy the outdoors and an unbelievable convenience (exception in the winter of course). Enjoy the wildlife, paddleboard, hike, watch the rafters go by, or be a rafter! Enjoy walking to breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the great restaurants in West Glacier. Excellent fishing off the bank of the property! Conveniently located 15 mi to Columbia Falls, 25 mi to Whitefish & 40 mi to Big Fork; you can explore the beauty of many popular Montana towns and fabulous restaurants. Moose Cabin offers A/C, full kitchen, BBQ, W/D, river & mountain view. Elk Cabin has kitchen, (no stove/oven), BBQ. These cabins offer a perfect place to enjoy God's beautiful creation: hike, reflect, study, or enjoy your family. (*Price includes both cabins. So sorry but we do not rent cabins separately.)

Beautiful setting

A wonderful place nestled along the river. Pure peacefulness. So relaxing and beautiful just sitting by the river along the bank. House is decorated so nicely and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tranquil and majestic Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave. The cabins were so cozy and stocked with almost everything we needed. The views of the park and river were breathtaking!! We even had a bald eagle land and visit for over 30 min right across the river. We highly recommend this property and would come back in a heartbeat 💓.

Serenity at Glacier

This cabin's view into Glacier National Park is spectacular. Nestled close to the Middle Fork of the Flathead River we enjoyed quiet evenings playing cards, reading and admiring the view in this peaceful place. The cabin had everything we needed for a three night stay over Thanksgiving. There wasn't enough snow to x-country ski, but there is great hiking only minutes away. We highly recommend it.

Almost Heaven!

We were a 3 generation family group celebrating a life event. The 2 cabins were ideal for our group. Both cabins are exactly like described - and the site they are on is on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. We sat on the porch watching rafts float by; enjoyed campfires in the fire pit; and wildlife sightings. Great hiking very nearby either in Glacier or the wilderness areas. The cabins are incredibly well appointed. The space is very well used. Everyone slept well in part because the beds were very comfortable. And the stars were amazing. We were lucky to stay here.

Glacier Get-A-Way

Glacier Get A Way needs to be your go to place for Glacier. Not only was it super convenient to everything in West Glacier it was the most awesome place to stay. The accommodations were amazing. Everything was in place to make it feel like it's a home away from home! The kitchen was fully stocked to be able to cook any meal, which we did every day. The only negative I would add is there was no indoor table to eat at but I am not taking any stars away because everything else was absolutely perfect. Also, the large windows afforded gorgeous views that were simply amazing to wake up and go to sleep at night. We were even dazzled by the Northern Lights 2 nights a row. Overall, 5 Stars across the board and I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

The cabins were absolutely perfect for our Glacier getaway. The view from the deck was breathtaking, and we loved spending our mornings and evenings watching the river flow by. The interior of the cabin was spotless and well-decorated. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into making sure that their guests would have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the living room was cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable. We slept soundly, and we woke up feeling refreshed and ready to explore the area. The location of the cabin was ideal. It was close to several hiking trails and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative and provided us with great recommendations on things to do and see nearby. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the cabins. It was even better than advertised, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Nothing short of magical! Amazing location and views!

Jodi was a such a gracious host, and the location made our trip a 10/10! This was our first time visiting Glacier and I honestly couldn't have imagined a better location to access the park. This cabin is RIGHT at the entrance to Glacier National Park which saves you at least 30 minutes every morning driving from nearby towns into the park, if that is what you are going for. There is a washer and dryer in the cabin which is super helpful if you're hiking or kayaking and need to wash clothes. The cabin is super cozy and the view from the master bed can't be beat! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own food since most of the restaurants were closed (we went in the off season -- October). I can't say enough wonderful things about Jodi being an amazing host and also the gorgeous property. We feel so incredible lucky to have stayed there. We will definitely return after winter. Oh, and we saw a fresh water otter right out front of the cabin which was super rare, saw a bald eagle fly by the cabin, and loved watching fishing rafts float by during the day. My only tip would be that if you're going to use the upstairs loft, make sure it is someone who is young and agile; it's like climbing up to a cute treehouse up there! We loved every second!

Amazing location and the cabins are better than we expected.

The cabins were stocked with everything we could possible want. We also had a nice fireplace for smores and weiners.. we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect refuge

After long days of hiking we loved coming back to enjoy the river & Mountain View’s at the cabin. So convenient to the park no matter where you want to hike. Everything we needed for a stay was provided by Jodi. Owner was very responsive with communication. We enjoyed eating at the highland restaurant about a mile from the cabin. Belton restaurant also had great food but you need a reservation for sure. Can’t say enough about the 2 cabins as they were perfect for us and another couple. We hope to be back to beautiful Montana!!

AMAZING

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The cabin is beautifully finished and decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen has very nice full size appliances and all the essentials which made it so nice to be able to make breakfast before hitting the trails or dinner when we got back. The property on the river is like a little piece of heaven. We loved watching and listening to the eagles flying low along the river. We also saw several deer along the river during our stay. The proximity of the property to the West Glacier entrance of the park can’t be beat!

Absolutely perfect

We had a wonderful stay in Jodi’s cabins. We are a family of 6 adults and it could not be more fitting. The location was ideal just on the waters edge. And we were very close to National park on the west side. We didn’t have to worry about anything we needed. We had detergent and coffee and soap and toilet paper. The cabins were well stocked- we’ve rented a lot of vrbo and it was the most stocked we have seen. Jodi checked with us to make sure everything was satisfactory and it was beyond. Thanks you so much for allowing us to stay in this piece of heaven.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is stunning with incredible views of the Flathead and gorgeous mountain peaks.. Jodi and David are wonderful hosts who provided all the comforts of home in their tiny luxury cabins. We made great memories as a family. The cabins are located just minutes away from the West entrance to Glacier , providing easy access to the trails and lakes. We will definitely go back again!

beautiful and idyllic

The location is beautiful and idyllic; on the shore of the Flathead River with Glacier National Park west entrance just minutes away. The cabins felt like home; we spent every morning and evening on the porch listening to the river, birds, squirrels, and the breeze. The stars were the main event on clear nights. The cabins are as advertised; clean, well-maintained, warm, comfortable, superbly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed; stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, grill, fire pit, plenty of hot water, cellular coverage, and Wi-Fi. Jodi and David were wonderful hosts. They answered all pre-travel questions, provided travel directions, made recommendations for local venues, and made sure there was plenty of bear spray at the cabins. We look forward to another stay here again.

Like a Storybook! Amazing Views

I really don’t think it can get any better than this. We enjoyed our stay on the flathead river in GNP and can’t wait to come back. The cabins are absolutely perfect and have everything that is needed. This has been our favorite cabin by far. The windows in the cabin are unbelievable to sit and just look out of. The whole setting of the property is like a fairytale. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay there. The hosts were great! So easy to communicate with and had great suggestions. Thank you for letting us stay and make so many good memories.

Best property in West Glacier!

Awesome property with amazing views! Excellent hosts with superior hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in West Glacier because of this property and the attentive hosts! This property, which features 2 cabins, sits along the meandering river beneath an array of breathtaking peaks in the background. A plethora of wildlife was seen, including eagles, a bear and a wolf! Many rafters and fisher people floated down the river, which offered entertainment. Another major plus for this property is its proximity to the entrance of Glacier National Park! The hosts are exceptional—they offered advice on a number of subjects and always had a quick answer to our questions. We would happily stay here again!

This cabin was everything & more! The views were incredible, the cabin was adorable and the location was prime - super close to Glacier National Park! Beyond that Jodi was amazing to work with, and gave us great recommendations. Any questions we had they answered promptly. We miss it already, and already want to book another stay.
