Panoramic lake views, covered dock on deep water for relaxing, fishing and swimming, lake toys, gas grill, and fully furnished kitchen make this the perfect spot for your next get away on Lake Hartwell. It’s your home away from home with everything you might want or need during your stay.
4 Bedrooms with Jack-&-Jill style baths, 1/2 bath in hallway and fully furnished kitchen with washer and dryer. Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and California King in 1 bedroom. Recreation building with ping pong table, board games, large dining table and TV and Roku available for use during the stay. Other recreation onsite - Pickleball, Bucket Golf, and corn hole.
The property is located on a 5 acre peninsula perfect for exploring or fishing.
The dock is two minute boat ride from Coneross boat launch. The dock is shared with the owner/host.

Even though it rained everyday our kids always had something to do in the game room. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were extremely quick to reply to any questions.

Family party

This is our second time staying at this property and it was awesome both times. We were able to have local family come for a graduation party. Lots of outdoor space and a great party room for everyone to hang out.

Perfect place to stay near Clemson

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed near Clemson. Beautiful property, lakeside views, quiet, extremely comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jenni is accommodating and responsive.

Clemson weekend on Lake Hartwell

Perfect long weekend with girlfriends for a Clemson game and time on the lake. The guest house was perfect for 4 friends - had everything we needed. The host was so helpful and responsive. Will definitely come back.

Met my expectations and beyond

Location was perfect to my nieces house the set up with a Great. They had a game room with family came over and enjoyed immensely the owners of the rental very attentive any questions we had answered immediately could not have asked for a better stay.

Graduation celebration

We booked this to celebrate my son’s graduation with some local family. The size was great for our family of 5. Good outdoor space for hanging out and relaxing. The recreation room was perfect for our other family members to visit and hang out. The host was very responsive to messages as well.

Tucked away gem

This was a perfect get away place for a weekend out of busy clemson traffic but close enough to easily get to the campus for the game. Surrounding lake was beautiful and the property had plenty of space and opportunity for some fun for our 16 year old son. House was comfortable for talking and spending time together and the game room is a great place to use for more active gatherings. Just what we needed.

Paradise at Lake Hartwell

The hosts were great, the property was great, the dock was amazing and the cove is peaceful and great for swimming! We loved the four kayaks and the paddle boat as well, the cove is perfect for kayaking and the the kids used them every chance they had. We were greeted by a family of deer with fawns almost every morning on the point! Beautiful peaceful trip all around. We will be back and we highly recommended this slice of paradise to those with or without their own boat.

So much fun!

This lake house and property exceeded our expectations! The owners provided a wonderful welcome and made so much equipment available (kayaks, swimming floats, life jackets, balls, games, corn hole, etc). The event house is amazing. I wish we could have stayed a week. I'd have spent more time on the dock.

Perfect lake getaway

Our family of 6 (kids 5-12yo) thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay in Townville. Jenni and Kyle were wonderful hosts who answered all of our questions before and during our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The recreation room was a fun addition too with tons of games, ping pong, and room to hang out! Most of our time was spent enjoying the dock - swimming, kayaking, and fishing. We will be back again and hopefully stay longer next time!

Family Fun

Our overall stay was excellent! The guest house had everything we needed and was spotless. The hosts were wonderful & their dogs were cute & friendly! The recreation center was terrific! Also spotless with plenty of space. We loved playing ping pong & there were plenty of games to choose from for all ages. They even set up a pickleball net on their basketball court which we enjoyed. The property has lots of space with great views! It’s an easy walk (gentle slope) to the dock where we enjoyed jumping into deep water and the ladder made it easy to get back on the dock too! The water was calm (no speeding boats) which was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. The dock is also very spacious and spotless with nice chairs and a table to enjoy a picnic. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean. Was too small for the amount of people we had. Unfortunately I did not do my homework on that. Owners were very polite and responsive. It’s a shared dock with the owners and their family. I did not do my homework on that. They were all very polite but I thought we would have the area to ourselves. I would recommend this place but maybe to a smaller group. A plus was the boat ramps are very close and the owners husband was very helpful with boating hints about the area.

“Paradise” is on Point

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Point. The owners made sure that we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. The guest house was perfect for our group and loved having access to the rec room. Ping Ping tournaments happened every night. Fishing from the bank and dock was also a lot of fun. We saw deer, geese, a turkey, and frogs. The shared dock was a perfect place to dock our boat with easy access to the boat landing. We had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s 13th birthday. We would love to stay again.

Paradise on the Water!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. With the owners on the adjoining property, they were able to provide a personalized check-in process, answer questions as needed, provide recommendations of nearby attractions, and address any needs. We loved the dock, which had ample space for the boat and an area for the teens to swim and fish. The accommodations were perfect for all six of us and provide a cool place to relax during summer high temps. Two of the beds were very firm, and the other two a bit softer, but we all slept fine. We enjoyed cards on the deck every evening. The additional recreational/family game building was an added bonus and allowed the teenagers to escape their nagging parents and chill, play ping pong, or watch a movie. Our middle son spent most of the vacation in the kayaks fishing, so to have kayaks available for renters, was perfect! So appreciative of our hosts! Thank you!
