Condo is convenient to everything Lake Martin has to offer. Located in North Lake Condo Club just off highway 280 in Alexander City, Alabama. This 2nd floor unit is beautifully furnished and recently updated. The unit sleeps 6 people, has fully equipped kitchen open to the living room for entertaining. Relax on the updated private balcony that overlooks the dedicated, deep water boat slip and lake. Enjoy the day lounging by the 2 pools, or relax floating on the lake. Boat owners bring your boat! The site has deep water boat slip, and boat launch at Alexander City Boat Ramp is close by. If you do not own a boat, rentals are available from River North Marina (only 1/4 mile away) or Wind Creek Marina. North Lake Condo Club is convenient to dining, shopping and entertainment options, as it is only 5 minutes to Alexander City, 15 minutes to Dadeville, and 30 minutes to Auburn. The unit is perfect for Auburn football weekends to entertain your group whether attending the game or not. Robert Trent Jones Grand National in Opelika is only 36 miles away, and RTJ Capital Hill in Prattville is 68 miles. Several local golf courses are also nearby. Several Charcoal Grills are available on site for your use. You will not find another condo as convenient and comfortable as Unit R2 at North Lake Condo Club

THE RENTER OF THE UNIT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE COMPLEX IS A QUIET, FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY. THE RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS RULE, AND AGREES TO PAY THIS FINE IF THE AUTHORITIES ARE SUMMONED DUE TO A DISTURBANCE CREATED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS

Once again the condo was perfect. The check in process is so easy which allows for quick unpacking getting to relaxation with amazing views. This condo is well equipped and functions flawlessly. We always enjoy our stay here.

Finding the room was a little tricky but the owners are very helpful. once we figured it out it was great the owners are very responsive as well. The location is perfect the amenities are great and the view is wonderful! We had a great time!

Very Comfortable!

Everything was great. Communication was good and check in/check out was easy. Kitchen was very spacious and easy for our family that included grandparents.

Roll Tide!

The location was close to the main highway shopping areas. It's a surprise to see that now Alex City has Publix and Starbucks, which are about 2-3 miles from the condo.

Perfect!

Parking was tight due to holiday but we always found a spot. Beds were so awesome that we took naps everyday. WiFi and phone were a struggle which is typical at other lakes we have stayed at but also nice being disconnected. Truly enjoyed our time here!

Cheapest 3 Bedroom on the lake

Nice condo. Road noise was terrible - but I knew it would be since I can see it from the road. We needed to be on the lake and it was. Has it's own boat slip too.

Good family fun!

We were pleased with the accommodations and amenities the condo had to offer. It was clean and offered the boat slip we needed to store our boat. Our only reservation was in regards to the dock. It was rather unstable making it challenging disembark from our boat and to walk safely.

Spring quick vacation.

The property was nice but dated. The main bathroom toilet didn’t flush well. For the price you would think it would have been stocked with more toilet paper and paper towel. But overall it was good. When going back I will try another property.

North Lake

The condo was great and is in a good location. Close to Alex City and Dadeville. Has a private boat slip you can see from the balcony. Had a hiccup when we arrived because the battery had died in the electronic door lock but the owners were great and handled it quickly. If you go with your boat during late fall and winter while the water is down you will need to go to the Alex City boat ramp to launch but it is just up the road and a short boat ride back to the condo. The floating docks drop pretty low but there is still plenty of water to dock and leave the boat in.

Nice unit but building need lighting

The unit was very nice and clean but thought you would like to know that all the exterior walkway lights were either turned off or burned out. Made impossible to get in without flashlight. My wife and female friend were uneasy whenever entering at night in the dark. Also needs more parking. Had to park on grass because lot was full both nights and we only had one car there.

Great trip!

I was in town for a graduation and my whole family including my 83 year old mother came with us. The condo was very accomidating for everyone, very clean and plenty of beds. The owners gave lots of detail for the location which was helpful. We got in late and up early the next day and they had coffee already there for us to use and I couldn't have been more thankful!! It was a quick trip to Auburn and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again!
