POWDERIDGE #4 - TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH CONDO - BEDDING: MASTER BEDROOM QUEEN, BEDROOM #2 PYRAMID BUNK (TWIN OVER FULL). This comfortable condo is located beside the Powderidge lift and is ON parking lot level giving you easy access to your vehicle. It has a well equipped kitchen with an electirc fireplace in the living room. The unit has flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. It has a spacious deck with furniture with great views of the slope and mountain sunsets. A great place for Winter and Summer vacations.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITION

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

The house was well stocked from kitchen supplies, games, movies, and other amenities. Proximity to the trails and ski lift was perfect.

Great stay

Great cozy location, clean property, we brought food, all the comforts of living present. The 2.5 baths were so convenient, nice not to rush in and out of bathrooms.

Comfortable stay for family of 4

Property was great overall. Beds uncomfortable due to age. Shower drains did not work to permit baths for small children. Porch covered in snow due to location near plowing. But otherwise everything was great and as advertised.I’ve snowshoe so will always come back

Unit is as described, the sole complaint was that the dishwasher had not been unloaded for us. Pretty Minor!

Great Location

Great location, lift is right behind the unit (but not noisy!). Condo had everything we needed for 6 adults. We were given the wrong door code - thankful for wifi calling and that they gave us the wifi password ahead of time, otherwise we would have had to drive to the village just to find a phone. Other than that, had a great time here.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
