RIMFIRE 162 - 1 BD STUDIO, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - Enjoy the best that Snowshoe Mountain Resort has to offer. Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Convenient to the village to take in the mountain top view, enjoy concerts in the plaza. This well-appointed one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4. It has a full kitchenette with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and 4 seat dining table. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a queen bed with a 50-inch smart TV. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Baby Moon Get Away

This property was perfect for my husband and I’s get away before we welcome our first baby. It was located right in the village where we could access all the restaurants!

Great Studio, Awesome Location

This studio is a perfect place to stay right in the middle of the Village! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Ballhooter lift which is central to everything on the mountain. The studio had everything our family of 4 needed for our stay and was super clean. They only downside is that the internet is very slow/unreliable.

Music fest ruined my trip

Not informed of huge music fest, music outside our window till 1 pm, drunk and high festivalees loud in hotel all hours of night , couldn’t access bike park nor main area of the resort village. The property managers did NOTHING for us !

Exactly as advertised

We have been going to Snowshoe for almost 20 years. We have stayed in many different buildings and types of accommodations. Some good, some not so good. We have stayed in Rimfire many times and usually very happy. This unit is larger than most Jr Suites. It is located next to the ski storage and elevator. Easy in and out. It was clean, stocked well and very comfortable. We would recommend this unit to everyone. Two things that we don't like. One is the internet speeds. Some programs while streaming get choppy or sound goes under water. Second is the new policy to charge for the garage. We have enjoyed the indoor parking as you never know what the weather has in store for you. But $20 per night sucks. And paying for it was a major hassle as the machine did not take our card. This is about Snowshoe, not this unit. If Snowshoe continues to become more expensive, with often minimal conditions and no refunds, For us the 5 hour drive can be replaced with a short plane ride to other locations where prices are the same and skiing is generally better.

Location - incredible. Room - outdated Internet and tv- virtually nonexistent Balcony-none

Outdated, but clean - great area - false advertised balcony {boarded up) virtually zero communications or internet for evenings - the village will bring us back but to a diff place

Rimfire 162

Microwave didn't work. 2 or 3 wall outlets didn't work. Thermostat wouldn't stay set. No cable or satellite tv. Refrigerator hit the countertop. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Parking was 2 miles away. We were very disappointed for the price of the unit.

Enjoyable

Enjoyed our visit and arrived a little later but was lucky to locate the box outside the office of Casago to obtain our key. Not aware parking was under the resort so we parked in the overflow across the street which wasn't far at all. Event that weekend prevented us from using that lot so we parked under but had a fee. Other person staying said it was free but 1 night cost us $15.

Great location but construction and neighbor noise

Rimfire is the center of action in the village. The room was clean but there was hallway construction going on (not advance warning of this) and the neighbor one floor up made a lot of noise past 11pm 2 nights in a row (so be careful of first floor unit).

This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
