Bright, airy luxury 2 BR, 1.5 bath 900 square foot apartment located on a secluded two-acre site in the beautiful North Carolina countryside just 7.5 miles from all downtown Asheville has to offer. Amazing mountain views from your private porch. Close to great food, beer, music, art, tons of outdoor activities, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Please note this apartment is located on the lower floor of our home and we live on the upper two floors.

Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and coffee maker plus all pots and pans and cooking utensils. Handmade butcherblock dining table for 6 and pub table for 2. Custom fabric sliding panels to create open airy light-filled bedrooms but still allow privacy for sleeping.

Electronic keypad contact-free check-in. Strict adherence to CDC COVID and VRBO cleaning recommendations.

In true Asheville fashion, we gladly welcome people of all gender identities, races, sexual orientations, and religions.

-Perfect for hikers and outdoor people, families, pet owners, history buffs, motorcyclists, or couple-time. Time to explore and unwind with day trips to great shopping, historical attractions, river fun, or hikes and nights filled with great food, drinks, music or just chilling on the front porch watching gorgeous sunsets.

-Thirty minutes to the historic Biltmore Estate.

-Surrounded by some of the best motorcycle roads in the country. Private entrance. Garage parking for motorcycles. Secure private parking for cars with room for a trailer.

-Dog-friendly with access to a large, 1/2 acre fenced area. Dog bowls and bed provided. Pet fee of $50 each with a two-dog limit. Pets must be in a crate if left alone. Crate for 50-60lb. available upon request. Please let us know how many pets you're bringing.

-Wireless internet. Television available, BRING YOUR DONGLE OR CABLES FOR STREAMING. Google Mesh wi-fi system for the entire residence providing 400 Mbps that allows for Zoom and streaming services with no buffering.

-An outdoor grill onsite.

-2 queen-sized luxury beds and a futon.

-HEPA air-filter/purifier and solar-powered home.

*Owners are happy to provide great tips for every part of your visit.

Great place to stay!

We had a short trip to Asheville to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend. We were able to stay here with our three son’s and our pup. The space was super clean, comfortable, and private. All communication was lightening fast and she was so sweet to us! We will defiantly stay here again and all of the dog friendly places around town is an extra bonus! Thanks for being so awesome!

Great hosts and a wonderful space

We had a great stay with Mike and Laurie. The space was super clean and perfect in just about every way. Everything you need is there. We brought it dog, the fenced yard is perfect to let your pup run around. Mike and Laurie are super nice. We meet up with them multiple times just to chit chat in the back yard. Excellent communication and super fast responses. I would highly recommend.

Great location and a new, thoughtfully designed apartment. Laurie and Mike were also very accommodating and wonderful — they even allowed us to use their fenced in back yard to let our dogs play. Sorry about the barking!

Perfect for Travelling with a Dog

We selected this property due to it's dog friendly attitude, and it's nearness to Asheville. We (including Kali the dog) were all thrilled with the accommodations. Very clean, and with lots of thoughtful touches. And Kali loved hanging out with the owner's dogs!

Very pet friendly and close to downtown Asheville/Biltmore etc.

The property is very nice and well appointed! They have a great fenced in yard for dogs and the location is great for anything near Asheville including the Biltmore, NC Arboretum, hiking in Pisgah to waterfalls etc.

Amazing Asheville Thanksgiving

Laurie and Mike were fantastic hosts! The house was very clean, had plenty of dishes for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, and they always responded in rapid time. They provided excellent recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and other activities to do around the Ashville area. It's located in a nice quiet area a bit outside of Asheville, but close enough to get to the city center within 15 min. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with this apartment. Everything Asheville has to offer is close by. Laurie and Mike were very accommodating and helpful. Super backyard for dogs. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. We had a great time!

Awesome Holiday Getaway

My wife and I stayed up here for a couple of weeks over the Christmas holiday. We hosted a dinner for family that was driving through on their way to Florida. Everything about the property met or exceeded expectations. It was awesome having a full kitchen so that we did not have to eat out for all our meals. Our dog Scout had an awesome time playing off leash in the fenced off yard. He especially enjoyed making friends with the host dogs. Our hosts Laurie and Mike were fantastic. They did a great job keeping up informed, anticipating our needs, and resolving any issues in record time. Their attention to detail and attentiveness as hosts truly demonstrate their commitment to providing their guests with an excellent experience. I have a co-worker that is moving back to Asheville from Austin, I have given him information about the rental to give out when people ask for recommendations in the area. We are looking forward to future stays in Asheville with Laurie and Mike!

Great Escape thats Dog Friendly

The property is tucked away outside the city but is a 30 min drive tops for anything you want to see in Asheville. It is dog friendly and even has a fenced in section for dogs to play. Mike and Laurie are extremely nice and accommodating. The rental space is super clean and nice. 10/10 - Would rent again if in Asheville area
