Bedrooms are privately spaced over 4 levels - perfect for couples or families. Main suite features spa bathroom, separate sitting area and private office with desk and high-speed boosted wireless internet.

NOTE Property is allergy free - animals and smoking will result in immediate cancelation of reservation. Maximum Occupants 8 people, including adults and children - NO EXCEPTIONS. Photo ID, Credit Card and Rental Agreement required.

Mountain modern décor features large living area – relax by the fire while enjoying the views. Large living room features 20 foot ceilings, cold rolled steel fireplace flanked by a pair of mohair sofas, saddle leather club chairs and custom art. Brand new chef’s kitchen is well equipped for entertaining and features Thermador Professional appliances, coffee/tea station,

Relax after a day on the slopes in the oversized hot tub/ swim spa or the indoor the sauna.

You are 3 min. drive to the ski lifts and base village. Town bus stop a short walk or Dial-a-Ride taxi service is available for $1 per person until 9:OO P.M. that will take you door-to-door to the ski slopes or restaurants in Snowmass.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8, NO EVENTS, NO SMOKING AND NO ANIMALS - NO EXCEPTIONS - VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY. SNOWMASS VILLAGE SHORT TERM RENTAL RESTRICTIONS FULLY ENFORCED - PERMIT NUMBER 051378.

NO ANIMALS or SMOKING of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to host's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled, and a $5,000 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

I rent 4 properties a year and this house was by far the best. Nothing was overlooked by the owner and her management company. It started with the owner being extremely responsive to all our questions and only got better. We were staying over NYE and 2 bottles of champagne greeted us upon arrival!! The home was spotlessly clean. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with paper goods, toiletries and cleansers. We had several throw blankets to keep us warm when needed. They had fun games to play at night and the video area in the bunk room was an added bonus.The 5 bedrooms were perfect for 2 families and were well spaced for privacy and comfort. The management company came several times during our stay to remove trash from the bins so they were never over full. The heated driveway and steps were an added luxury for sure.We’d stay here again and again. Thanks Ginger for making our stay perfect in spite of the VERY thin snow during our vacation!! Happy 2026

Great trip

Perfect house for two families (8 people total). Easy to get to the mountain and tons of space for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub and the game room. Ginger was always available and super responsive.

Incredible house for family ski trip

This is one of the best ski houses we’ve ever stayed at! It’s nicer in person than even in the pics. Modern, clean, great kitchen, amazing views, comfy beds, etc. The hot tub is HUGE with views of the mountains. Ginger is incredibly responsive. We had one minor issue and it was fixed the next day. She was also flexible in accommodating our check-in and check-out based on our flight times. The house is extremely close to Snowmass but is not ski in/out, so you still need to figure out transportation. That is the only thing to be aware of - otherwise, perfect house.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality and Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay! Ginger provided clear and helpful instructions, and the property was well-equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was spotless, and enjoying the snowfall from it was a highlight. The location exceeded expectations—just a short walk (and a bit of pushing) to Assay Hill lift, about 5 minutes for adults and 12 with kids. Ginger even kindly provided a green tree upon our request free of charge. Excellent value overall!

Perfection

The house was magical. Every little detail was covered beautifully- the photos do not do the house justice as it is far more beautiful in person. The owners were an absolute delight to deal with and the house was stocked with everything that anyone could need for a perfect stay. The decor, the view and amenities were a wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent family ski trip

The house is great - clean, beautiful, modern rooms with all the amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, thick plush towels, great kitchen set-up. Host is very responsive. A wonderful experience for our family - 11 of us from age 4 months to 62 - and we all had a great time. Hope to come again.

Fantastic Property just 3 mins from Snowmass Base Village!

Great property for our yearly family Ski trip... great location in Snowmass, close to Base Village, close to Airport, and only 20 mins from Downtown Aspen. Perfect amount of space and the other family we traveled with.. enjoyed the kitchen and living area (watched final match of World Cup!).. Hottub was great after skiing.. and really appreciated the attention to detail the property team put into the space and welcoming us there... thanks Ginger and Team!

Gorgeous house with full amenities minutes from mountain

This was a perfect house and stay from start to finish. The house is gorgeous, clean, and beautifully equipped with all amenities one could need for a ski week with family, and located seconds from a free 2-5 min shuttle to Snowmass. The owner was terrific and fully accessible for all queries (although we had no issues to raise as everything was in perfect order and worked well!). The kitchen was beautifully equipped with high end appliances and well stocked with basics for cooking and enjoying nights in. There was a cabinet of board games and books for relaxing (non screen) family time, and a spacious hot tub to enjoy after a day of skiing. This was a top end property but entirely comfortable for our family and the owner made sure all needs were provided for. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Far away from ordinary

What a great property in a wonderful location. We've stayed in the condos but needed more room this trip and we enjoyed it even more. Just down from the base village of Snowmass, it took no time at all in the car to visit the grocery market, drop the kids at the slope, or visit the upper mall area. We skied Buttermilk, Aspen Ajax, and Snowmass, drove ourselves and parked a few times but later found that the free RFTA bus system nicely serviced the address and made things easier, particularly if not skiing snowmass, we could walk 2 minutes downhill to a pickup spot for the smaller village shuttle to take you to the upper mall where you could get on a bus anywhere OR we found you could walk or get dropped off on the main road bus stop right there and catch the bigger RFTA bus to the airport or another mountain. It was easy and we did it with and without kids. Beats parking in Aspen or paying to park. The property itself is outstanding, it is a nice, spacious, comfy, well-furnished house. The kitchen is luxurious, new, and well-appointed with everything we needed to cook for a large group. The hot tub is huge and was nice for the room. It's a split level- which meant to us that we all had some space and separation of a 3 story home- but without all the dang stairs, nothing is more than a normal half flight. We loved the huge boot warmer/dryer rack in the foyer. Awesome snow meant the roads were a little slick very early a.m., as could be expected, but the driveway and all the stairs are heated so nothing stuck, that was so nice not to fall and slide. Ginger was so helpful, accomodating, and just made the whole experience even better. We hope to stay here again.

This is the house you’re looking for!

Ginger’s home is PERFECTION! Every possible need or want is addressed in detail. She has a fully stocked tea and coffee bar, so if you get in late you can still have your coffee the next morning! The house is immaculate. The decor is beautiful. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The way the bedrooms are laid out gives everyone a little space and privacy. The hot tub is super clean and private. Although I didn’t really want to work on vacation, I still needed to handle a few things, and the fast wi-fi and printer made it easy to get things done and get back on the mountain. My favorite thing was to wake up and look outside the huge windows and take in the magnificent view. It really does look like a postcard! The house is located really close to the lifts. We put to good use the parking pass Ginger provided for us so we could park close to the Snowmass Mall for shopping and dinner. We got around 30 inches of snow, and the snow melt on the driveway and house steps was so helpful. We never worried about slipping or falling and could get in and out of the driveway very easily. I probably asked Ginger no less than 30 questions, and she always had a quick answer and was happy to help. We loved every minute!

Amazing Snowmass Home

Heaven on the Mountain

This is a first class 5 star property. The property manager Ginger is excellent. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home. The interior furnishings and fixtures are incredible. The beds are incredible. The online pictures looked amazing, but after seeing it in person, I will definitely be staying here every time I visit the Aspen area.

Perfect summer week in the mountains

The house was as advertised and more - great location in snowmass yet only 15 minutes from downtown aspen and other great areas. The house itself was beautifully renovated and had every amenity we wanted. Will definitely be back again!

We got married in Aspen and stayed here for the week with our 5 kids, two nephews, and father in law. The house is pristine, so clean I felt bad staying with children. It far exceeded my expectations and was perfect for a large family. They have every appliance you could possibly need. The views are incredible. Great location in snowmass, only a 2 minute drive from limelight where all of our other guests were staying. The master bedroom and bathroom were the highlight for me, it was a perfect bridal suite for the day of the wedding for me and my girls to get ready in, and I can’t wait to see the photos the photographers took, even they were amazed by the house and they are from the area. It took a little bit to figure out the hot tub, have to select high temp mode to have it hot, but it’s huge, fits everyone. Ginger, the host gets back to you quickly and she was even nice enough to let us store our luggage in the garage until our flight home.

Spectacular stay in Snowmass

We had a great time during our stay. The house has a very modern decoration and great attention to detail. The beds and the linen were very comfortable. The jacuzzi is very big and the view is beautiful. The setup of the kitchen is great. House is a 3 min drive to the slopes. The house has large common areas but also private areas in the rooms where guests can have some privacy.

We are an active family from the Chicago area -we fell in love with Snowmass/Aspen for the world class skiing, offering terrain that appeals to everyone. The cultured dinning, arts and shopping downtown Aspen offers and the easily accessible airport.

Like the locals say "we came for winter skiing, but stayed for the summers" we now spend our summer's filled with mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding and taking in summer's in the mountains.

We fell in love with the layout and location of the house. The house is vary spacious allowing family and guest to spread-out over 4 levels. Upon the purchase in 2019 we immediately began the significant renovation plans, which were finished in the summer of 2020.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is a 2 minute drive to the Snowmass Center, Mall and Base Village. In the summer you can easily walk to the Base Village and Snowmass Center via the bike trail. We often walk to dinner at the Base Village.

The house is very private - offering unobstructed views while nestled in the tall aspen and pine trees. The expansive outside patios allow for multiple conversation and seating areas while taking in the phenomenal views. We regularly see wildlife from our windows and patios - deer, fox, bear, coyote.
