Sprawling Private Pond View Home

Before every reservation this home is Professionally CLEANED and SANITIZED thoroughly from top to bottom. There are three bedrooms on the second level - two of them have queen beds the third one has two twin beds and there’s also a brand new sofa sleeper pullout in the family room for the fifth bed which is on the main level

After each booked reservation
Photo ID is required prior to check in for your safety and mine or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions.

NO PARTIES No Locals
Unless approved by me with mandatory phone call screening.

My home is perfect for business travelers and families that need fast internet for online classes for children. There are 3 levels for people needing privacy for school or work. Perfect for larger families. You will enjoy my 4 bedroom 2.5 bath split level home in Schaumburg a beautiful suburb of Chicago. My beautiful fenced in backyard overlooks a pond and pathway for your enjoyment. All 4 bedrooms are on 2nd level. The finished rec room is on the garage level for your enjoyment. Every thing brand new! NO PARTIES

Please note- there are exterior cameras on the property for your safety and mine.

Upon your arrival at check-in, I will be meeting you with the key to my home. If I am able to allow early, check I always try to accommodate ! Also as with any single-family home there is the potential for a power outage. I'm not responsible for any power electric or Internet outage that may occur. If there is an issue or problem with the home I must be notified Immediately and given a chance to correct the problem. Thank you 🙏🏼

Guys golf weekend

The property was great for our guys golf weekend. We were 6 guys and we had plenty of space. Communication with Stephanie was easy and she was very responsive. Would book this property again.

Perfect Summer House

I stayed here with my husband and 3 small boys for 5 weeks. The location is near everything you need...grocery, malls, walking paths, playgrounds and pools. The house was spacious and the location on a dead end with a huge field is very safe and fun for kids. The house was clean and very well stocked, easy communication with the owner.

Family Gathering

We needed a place in the area that would hold all of our adult children and their partners and our grand baby. This house was exactly what we needed and the hosts generously set up the baby crib and the highchair before we arrived. It was super clean so the baby could crawl. We did have to watch out that she not knock her head on the corner of the stone coffee table. We were pleased overall!

Spacious 4 bedroom

The house was the perfect amount of space for 7 of us—4 bedrooms, and a large seating area. Stephanie was very friendly and communicative. We noticed a faint smell when we first walked in, but she handled it immediately.

Centrally located

Property is easy to get to from the free/toll ways as well as centrally located near all the retail, entertainment, and hospitalities that Schaumburg has to offer. Open concept dinning and living room provide a great space for get togethers.

Very nice house and accomodations

The home was the property manager's childhood home. Lovely inside and out. Enjoyed sitting outback in the sitting area. Nice walking trails around the pond behind the house. Quiet neighborhood.

Seven of us stayed there, we all had our own bedroom and it was very nice.

Property was very nice. You can sit out on the patio and watch all the ducks go by from the pond. It was beautiful!!!

Everything as Expected and More

Property is in a great location to explore the Chicagoland area located on a green belt with a lake view. House has a great layout with two living areas and 4 bedrooms. New carpets and floors, a well put together kitchen, and TVs in every bedroom is a nice plus. Property owner was super helpful. Two thumbs up!!

Thanksgiving Stay

We had an excellent stay while visiting relatives during Thanksgiving. The house was a great alternative to the 5 of us (all adults) staying in a hotel. It is located in nice neighborhood close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Great property for children

We needed a property close to my job and we wanted to go into the city and visit with friends during free time. The location was just perfect. A fenced in backyard and tons of playgrounds, paths and parks all walkable. Stephanie was great to work with and communicate with. She was very accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful experience

Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything we needed for the stay. Traveling with young children is stressful enough but having a host like Stephanie who thought to leave a brand new pack-n-play, highchair and other supplies around the house, made the trip go so much smoother. Communication was great and the house was spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Chicago Suburb Stay

Great option for a family wanting to stay outside of Chicago, and want space for kids to play/run around outside! With a 2 and 5 year old, we didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel while visiting family in the Chicago area. This was an awesome option with the fenced backyard, lots of parks and trails surrounding the property. Stephanie was GREAT at communicating with us, and even drove over after we accidentally locked some shoes in the laundry room! :) Everything was very clean, and updated making it such a comfortable stay. You can tell she TRULY cares about this property! Would recommend this house for anyone with a family or wanting to ditch the hotel scene!

Great place, too many rules

The property was great. House was everything we needed for a short weekend. However, there were several rules. I understand that each property has the basic rules, lock doors, take sheets of bed, etc but this was excessive. I’ve stayed in several rental properties and nothing was as strict as this. There are also cameras on the property and because of the strictness, we felt we were being watched every time we were outside. Overall great place for a few days but I would not stay there again.

Very comfortable place with a super host

The house was very nice and comfortable for our group, and the owner was delightful to work with. We'd definitely rent there again. Just two small issues: A couple of the power outlets didn't work, and the fact that we couldn't use the garage and the lack of any handrails on the stairs to the front door made it somewhat challenging for a couple of our older guests. Otherwise, a great stay!

Very peaceful suburban house next to parks & ponds

I recommend this home for those seeking tranquility in a suburban home. Originally planned our annual get together in downtown Chicago but moved to suburbs to cook and hang out for a long weekend. Host was very responsive, all new firm foam mattresses, kitchen was well stocked enough to cook all 3 nights, house was very clean for a rental home. We took long walk around the parks and bike paths, it was very nice. Do inquire about washer/dryer use with host before booking. Thank you for a great stay!
