Perfect for all types of groups, this home boasts six Queen beds, two Full beds, two Twin beds, and three full bathrooms. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee in the cozy sunroom, then head out for a delicious breakfast at the Harness Track, less than a mile from your door.

After a day of golf, enjoy a leisurely evening grilling steaks on the expansive deck or cooking up a feast in the gourmet kitchen. Not in the mood to cook? Historic Pinehurst Village, with its charming restaurants, is just a 2-mile drive away. Afterward, unwind around the firepit, challenge friends to a game of pool or cards, or practice your putting in the fully equipped downstairs game room. The attached kitchenette makes it easy to grab drinks and snacks while you play.

If the weather keeps you off the course, take in a movie or play video games in the media room. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right here. Our group fully enjoyed the home, this was our second time staying. We have ten golfers no problem with any room accommodations and plenty of room. We will be back as we take two trips a year.

Another Great Pinehurst Stay

With 10 guys staying there, there is plenty of room and the kitchen is awesome. The deck across the back of the house held all ten guys. We spent most of the evening there. Looking forward to next year already.

Very comfortable home, in a pleasant and convenient location

The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and nicely laid out for family and friends to gather when desired and for privacy when needed. Some observations/recommendations:- The Wi-Fi does not appear to be secure.- The outlet to the left of the range top is fried.- The ice-maker in the game room (downstairs)smelled of mold a little because water was left in it (I cleaned it, but it needs a deep clean)- The Fridge filters (water/ice) need to be replaced- The drains in the upstairs bathrooms need attention. Showers and sinks were slow to drain, and the toilet in the shared bathroom required two flushes (most of the time)

Excellent house for Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother, son and nephews gathered here to celebrate a soldier's progression to SF. The home was big, good looking and well located to get to everything we wanted to in Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Fayetteville. The appliances were all new, the TVs were of good quality and we enjoyed time on the pool and poker tables and a brief visit to the putting green. A few drawbacks: the wifi code that was sent to me in an email did not work and it took an hour and 4 phone calls to get sorted with the management team, only one of the many pool cues had a felt tip on the end and the display of vintage golf clubs in the putting room spontaneously dropped off the wall while we were playing. Small inconveniences but a few details that can be easily straightened (wireless password should be in the home, not something emailed).

Had everything that our golf group needed, only if issue was the gas grill was not usable. All the inside burners are rusted and rotted away.

Great place to stay

The house was great for a golf trip with some friends. Its centrally located to just about anything you want to do in the area. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.
