Cute little 1 bedroom condo, perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for sleep, small kitchen, pool & parking access. Great location, just two blocks from Mariner’s Pier in the heart of wildwood. Plenty of outdoor fun!

Perfect location for Barefoot Country Music Fest

It was just what 4 girls needed for the Barefoot Country Music Fest!! The location was perfect. The pool was a good way to relax and cool down before heading to the Festival. Some of our group even took a break from the heat in the pool and went back to the Festival. Would definitely stay again.

Small condo in convenient location

Needs dehumidifier due to sheets remaining damp & never being able to dry out. AC very loud. Mattress cover encasing both mattress & boxspring prevented sheets from staying on during the night leading to very uncomfortable sleeping. Cannot imagine more than 2 people in this condo. Parking convenient.

Thank you for your review. Not one mention of the pool upstairs or the convenient location or the cleanliness of the unit? Interesting! I've stayed there hundreds of times and NEVER had damp sheets. Nor has anyone complained about it except you. Also the sheets I've had always stayed on. The mattress is encased in a zippered protector for everyone's comfort and cleanliness since many renters stay there. The AC is as loud as all of the others in the complex...if you want to call it "loud". Had many groups of 4-5 people stay and no one ever complained about it being too small. You saw the pictures online. You are at the beach and in a great location. Most people reported that they enjoyed the pool on the second floor and the convenient location right in the center of everything in Wildwood.

Location, cleanliness and communication was excellent!

Susan’s communication was a key part of making our stay great! She answered my questions right away and even messaged me to offer an early check in because no other guests were there on our check in day. The photos accurately showed the condo. It had everything our family of 4 needed- we brought queen sheets which fit well on the double beds. The AC unit kept the whole place cool (extra cool in the bedroom). Everything was clean and tidy. We didn’t cook, but there were pots and pans available. There were already paper towels, dish soap, a dish sponge, toilet paper and hand soap in the condo, which was thoughtful. Ice was already made for us in the freezer and water was full in the Brita-style pitcher. Everything worked perfectly. The condo is on the first floor. The pool is just up the stairs on the 2nd floor. Everyone staying at the Diplomat was courteous. There weren’t loud guests or parties like we saw at some other condos. The pool was much larger than some others around. We had a great experience there! We did order an Amazon package to be delivered while we were there. I would advise against doing that bc the package doesn’t get delivered to your door. It gets delivered to the office and the office is only opened minimal hours. Our package was locked in the office for two days until we could get there when it was unlocked. (That didn’t have anything to do with the rental, just giving a recommendation to not order anything you would like in a timely manner). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Short, late season getawau

Condo was fine, location good. Only downside was two full size beds in bedroom - we did not need the extra bed, and would have enjoyed more non-bed space, but that was our choice.

Summer Vacation 2021

Susan's property was great! I stayed there with my mom and my 2 girls and we were all very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the protective covering on the beds were an added bonus. The elevator and staircase were right outside the door making it ease to get to the pool. And speaking of the pool, it sparkled! We very much enjoyed it. Susan was available at all times, from the minute I booked my reservation all the way to the day we left. She also gave us a lot of tips on where to go and things to try. An awesome stay all around!
