I was at the apartment for an extended stay, and it was great! Very close to shopping and restaurants, and has access to a highway that goes around the city and to the airport. Neighborhood is quiet. Apartment has two huge TVs, lots of kitchen equipment, high ceilings and great air conditioning. The property manager was respectful of my privacy and responded to my requests in less than 24 hours (although I didn’t have many). I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The place to stay in Far North Dallas

This comfortable, spacious condo was perfect for our stay in Dallas. The location was excellent—all the shopping we needed was nearby and access to major streets and freeways was easy. The condo complex is in a lovely residential neighborhood. Jen was a great host and check-in was easy. The furniture was clean and comfortable and all the appliances worked perfectly. It was very convenient to have a garage that had direct access to the unit. We highly recommend this condo.

Excellent location for me

I’m a CO grandma, that’s been looking for a WHILE, for a reasonably priced condo, with a garage, to get out of the snow for a month. Family is 3 miles away, so we could easily go back and forth. Restaurants and grocery stores VERY close. Hubs flew down for a week during the 4 weeks and 2 grandkids spent the night on the weekends on the sofa bed. The unit is tiny, but we all loved it. It’s quiet and I felt comfortable and safe. Nice floors, granite and appliances. Loved the fenced in patio. Host was very responsive. I’ve booked it again for 6 weeks next year.

NICE condo in great location!

Condo was small but perfect for 1-2 folks. Nicely renovated and appointed. Condo has everything you would need including an attached 1 car garage! The host, Jennifer, is super nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great spot in Dallas.

We loved the condo. It is a safe neighborhood, and everything you need is within a free blocks. Or, you can easily get to AT&T stadium, downtown, or pretty much anywhere in Dallas in about 30 minutes. The bed was comfortable, but really tall! Being short I had a tough time getting on and off the bed, but stopped and got a cheap step stool at Walmart, which I left behind for future visitors. The condo was clean and stocked. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend this condo!

Disgraceful attitude from host.

Lots of items listed as being povided were not there. When asking for them was told I was 'high maintenance'. When I said they were listed as being there I was told Jennifer had 'no patience' with me. All my emails to her were polite, her replies were certainly not. She did eventually apologise for the 'no patience' remark. No fire extinguisher, no first aid kit, no iron or ironing board (the items I was asking for), no safe. Many things were not working properly: ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposall. The apartment was certainly not clean, long dark hairs in sinks and cutlery drawer, dirty crockery put away. Some directions to the apartment on the complex would help when arriving in the dark, no information given about anything.The apartment could be great but needs a lot of work and a better attitude from Jennifer. I did report this to VRBO whilst there, asking that they review the emails, their response was that it was not the behaviour that was acceptable from their hosts. They have a complaint raised and advised to to put all of this in my review. Everything can be confirmed by the emails between myself and Jennifer.

Beautiful cozy and clean

I absolutely loved this property. I stay in a lot of vrbo s and this is my favorite in Dallas. Clean, great bed, newly updated. Every need was thought of. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was great to work with and answer any questions and took care of any issues. I will say the kitchen wasn’t quite as full as I would have liked, minimal pots and pans making it difficult to cook very many meals and not very organized, but I believe this property is fairly new as a rental so there’s still stuff to learn. Overall it was a good place for our stay.

My stay in my modern Dallas condo

My stay was very nice and quiet. The condo was located in a nice complex. The condo made me feel like a home away from home. It was decorated for nice and modern. The bed was nice and comfy. The only opportunity was ensuring the floors were clean. The floors were dirty and dusty. Overall stay was good.

Modern, light filled townhome in accessible location

Bentwood is an attractive townhome, light filled with tall ceilings in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently located near main freeways, restaurants and shops with easy access to greater Dallas. Jennifer is accommodating and responsive and focused on providing a quality VRBO experience. I highly recommend this property.

Wooded Oasis Middle of Dallas

Amenity most loved & used is the “Wood burning fireplace!” Even our own garage parking! Not to mention... the property manager was extremely accommodating for an early check in! We have enjoyed it so much ... we extended for 3 more days ! Indescribable comfortable & “back healing” mattress
