Fresnel is this family home open to the outside, where it's good to live for a successful holiday!
The accommodation :
On the ground floor you will find the large living space, with its large fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, and its back kitchen. The seating area completes this bright set, open to the outside and the deck. The latter comes to go around the whole house to enjoy the sun at all times of the day!
Upstairs is the three beautiful bedrooms, as well as the bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The soft colors and the "seaside" spirit of the bedrooms, but also their comfortable bedding, will complete the charm of the place. Two of them also get a great view of the sea.
The plus of the house is in the large terrace, where you can easily eat outside for families or with friends. Two other areas will satisfy you to relax, have a coffee or have an aperitif facing the sea.
Discover this lovely house in the passage district, close to the customs trail, with its lovely walk on the GR34, its view of the port and the back of the town-close. Park easily in front of the garage door of the house, then walk to very quickly access very beautiful landscapes, for a direct immersion on vacation!
