Appatment seaside, thalasso 500m, beaches 300m away, and wonderful walks

3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of our house with separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and router, making telecommuting easy. Recent renovation: fitted kitchen, shower room, bedrooms equipped with a 180 cm king-size bed (or 2 90 cm beds); a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm bed + baby equipment. One of the advantages is that the night and day areas are separated by a door, so you can use both areas at the same time, in complete peace and quiet. Beds will be made up on arrival and towels provided. A play area with puzzles, games and books is available for children. Books are available for everyone.
On request, we provide independent access to the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment is in a very quiet area, 300 m from the beaches of Port Blanc and La Fourberie, and 500 m from the Dinard thalassotherapy center, where you can take time out to enjoy the magnificent panorama. It's close to the shops of Saint Enogat (800m) and Dinard's big market (1.2 km), which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You'll find fresh, local produce, including organic produce if you prefer. Everything is within walking distance.
Next door, you'll find Maître Sarrasin's famous galettes and crêpes, an Italian pizzeria (takeaway), ready-made meals and a Carrefour Market 500m away.
From the apartment, you'll be able to enjoy the beaches, as well as beautiful walks and/or hikes (we can provide you with a hiking guide for the region). You can visit beautiful sites such as Dinan - medieval town, Saint Malo - city of privateers (accessible by bus with stop in front of the house or by boat from the pier), Cap Fréhel, the island of Bréhat or the Mont Saint Michel.
