Located within 25 minutes of 4 ski major resorts-Breckenridge (20 minutes), Keystone (10 minutes), Copper Mountain (10 minutes), and Vail (25-30 minutes).

Our family of four loved everything about our long stay at this property. Everything about the house was just as advertised yet even better! The beds were comfortable with ample choices of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware and spices, etc. that we were easily able to cook and bake doing our stay. The bathrooms were beautiful. The view from the condo was amazing. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area. We look forward to returning in the future!

Memorable family vacation

Our stay at this property was nothing short of wonderful. Everything was as described. I have a family of 6, and there was plenty of room for my wife and I and our four boys between the ages of 16-21. We went on numerous walks and hikes, and got plenty of use out of the lake and the hot tub. The boys loved the e-bikes as well. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that was a bit confusing was there appeared to be no A/C. You could set the thermostat low, but it was only a heat function. Coming from the Midwest where it does get hot and humid, we do run our A/C pretty cold. To not have that ability took a slight getting used to. Sometimes it got a little "still" at night, but we had the ceiling fans running and windows open so it definitely cooled down. Again, this was nothing that impacted our trip negatively. Just different. We couldn't have had a better stay and hope to return in the future.

Amazing property and great hosts!

This home was perfect. Just a couple minutes from the center of Silverthorne, right on the water, and super comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and the whole check-in/out process was easy. The home is beautiful and very cozy. The hot tub was a nice addition and there was outdoor sports equipment as well. A bad snow storm hit while we were there and the neighborhood roads were plowed even early in the morning and there was a snow shovel that we were able to use. Overall a great home and great hosts! Highly recommended!

Felt more like a house, very private! Great location - close to shopping, ski slopes, etc.! Family of 7 stayed here over New Years and it had everything! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, cook meals, kitchen table is perfect for playing games, loved the hot tub. Would stay here again!

Great option and close to everything!

We stayed here for a last minute Christmas vacation and we were very impressed. It’s perfectly located only 15-30 minutes from Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail and has a beautiful view with a pond and mountains in the backyard. Very easy to get to and road conditions are great even when it snowed. Definitely recommend this for a family get away

Wonderful Location

Sharon & Kevin were great! Always in communication to make sure we had everything we needed! The home was wonderful, and we found a lot to do both at home and in the local area. Our boys (19,16,13) love to disc-golf and pickleball We found three local disc-golf courses (some more challenging than others). A very nice pickleball court just a few minutes away. The electric bikes were a great addition to our stay, we took many bike rides (very nice to have electric power going up hill). The fishing directly out the back door was a fun experience. We made a day trip to Denver to watch KC Royals play the Rockies. Traffic is a little crazy on I-70, but it’s was only about an hour and 25 minutes to the ballpark. Weather was nice, we did keep the windows open during the day and early evening to cool down the house at night, but very comfortable. Super clean, well stocked. Would highly recommend!!

Awesome stay!

This is an outstanding property! The amenities are as listed and they are all updated to accommodate the surroundings. Sharon is excellent in her communication and the entire experience was seamless. If you are prone to dryness, you might bring a small humidifier because the heat in the house is lovely but drying. Overall A++ experience!

Decadent stay with the perfect location!

This accommodated my group of 6 perfectly! We had two full days of skiing/snowboarding and could have our pick between Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail since the location is in the middle of all of them. The hot tub was extra nice to come back to after skiing. Everything was clean and spacious, check-in/out instructions were easy to follow, and the view of the lake was gorgeous even in the winter time. I couldn't have asked for a better ski trip accommodation ! :)

Heaven on Earth

Just the most beautiful setting! If you like a glassy lake view with the sun coming over the ridge in the morning watching the trout rise from the deck, or enjoying a soothing Jacuzzi after the hike, bike, or day at the slopes; this is the place. The amenities are top of the line, with anything you need to make ANY meal. Exceptionally clean and modern decor! Such a great week at the peak of color in late September. Stunning colors during the day, the full moon at night enjoying the stars. I'll be back.

Great stay for fall colors and fishing

Spectacular place that provided for a perfect fall fishing and exploring trip. Location is perfect. Got up early each day to watch stunning sunrise over the mountain and reflect off the lake which is just a few steps out the back door. Always seem to be large trout rising as well. We caught fish everyday right out the back door. Also the blue river has an awesome stretch about 5 minute walk across the street. We were able to fish several famous trout streams within 45 minute drive or so Evening sunsets were just as spectacular on the back patio or while soaking in the wonderful hot tub. Overall the quality of the furniture, beds and appliances was surprising. I’ve never been in a rental in which every thing is of the best quality. It did take a while to figure out some things like the microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. They each had so many features. The bed was super comfy and room had good light blocking shades. Slept wonderfully each night. Will definitely stay again hopefully during ski season this winter.

Stellar property and experience

This is a newer, attractive, quality place offering a gorgeous lake/mountain view out the floor to ceiling rear windows or patio. Well equipped, clean, quiet, comfortable, and many amenities (my favorites were fireplace, jacuzzi, outdoor patio with gas fire table). Great location next to a trout filled lake, and hiking/biking trails. The hosts are excellent communicators and gracious. I highly recommend this VRBO property and look forward to returning! My stay far exceeded expectations!

Great house, highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was well-maintained, the kitchen was nicely furnished, views and hot tub were great, and the location was very convenient into town as well as local ski resorts. The hosts were accommodating for early check-in and check-out and responded quickly. Would return and highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this property is amazing - the location, the view, the home itself. You have everything you need in the home. The owners were accessible. It was a ski trip for us and easy to get to any mountain. I would go back for sure! It was really spectacular!

We love to travel, and we have a fond appreciation for the outdoors and adventure. We wanted a home that offers waterfront shoreline as well as access to the regional bike path because we love to fish, but we love the mountains, too. We fish, bike, and hike in the summers and ski in the winter. This home fits everything we were looking for in a mountain vacation home, and also provides ample space to invite our families to visit. This home has the perfect layout for a two family vacation stay, with room to entertain and enjoy everything the mountains have to offer. At night, the stars are amazing from the back patio, hot tub, and upstairs balcony facing the lake with the night sky mirror on the water...It is truly a beautiful setting. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We purchased this new home in Summer of 2020. We wanted to spend more time in Colorado and decided we wanted to find a new, comfortable, energy efficient home with lots of light and big views. This home offers all of these things and then some....just outside the front door AND the back door. Kayak, stand-up paddleboard, fly fish, bicycle, hike the nearby peaks, and snow ski are all acvities we can enjoy without getting in the car (well, except the ski part)!
