The PERFECT Home for your Big Island Vacation!

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home for our family vacation! Our trip included 5 adults and 3 children aged 8, 4, and 8 months, and this home made it very easy to enjoy our time with the little ones. It had everything we needed, including a pack and play with extra sheets—much appreciated—highchair, a variety of pool toys, and plenty of pool towels. For the beach, there were snorkel sets, fins, beach blankets, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to conveniently transport everything, which was a great convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances and cookware, including the outdoor grill where we did most of our cooking. Having all of the spices provided was a huge help as well. All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the overall peacefulness of the complex allowed us to enjoy restful nights. The location was ideal for the beaches we prefer, and Michelle’s communication was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to returning and appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us!

Beautiful, spacious, quiet and well equipped with all the necessities.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of mostly seven adults. It is beautiful and super clean and had comfortable furnishings with everything we needed. The surrounding grounds are picture perfect, quiet and so close to many great beaches. Great shopping center is close by. The home has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of beach gear. The living spaces are immaculate and spacious and comfortable. My entire family was impressed. Michelle is super responsive and attentive. By far this is the best rental we have ever enjoyed and we would definitely love to come back again!

Phenomenally Appointed and a Wonderfully Responsive Host

Our stay was fantastic! The condo is so well-appointed with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation! The garage is so well-stocked with snorkel gear, beach toys, sand umbrellas, a wide variety of floaties of all shapes and sizes, as well as a ton of very new and clean kids stuff (Pack-n-Play, baby booster for table, kids booster car seats) that made our trip even better. The condo itself is very well-kept with so many thoughtful additions. We felt like it had a very personal touch that we haven’t seen in other rentals. The location is also absolutely optimal. Michelle, the host, was so helpful and responsive to all our questions. We felt like she was very personally invested in our stay being a great one. We absolutely hope to book Michelle’s condo again for our trip next year!

Ideal family home away from home.

Walking into the villa was like walking in to someone’s home. It was so well appointed, equipped and clean. This gated villa was so ideally situated, close to many amenities. Some of our family could be at the beaches, some shopping, some laying at the pool and some just relaxing at the villa. Couldn’t of asked for a better vacation.

Perfect Place For Two Young Families

My family and our best friends family stayed here for a week. 2 couples, a 3 year old, a two year old, and a 4 month old. It was perfect. Very roomy and cozy at the same time. The lanai and outside play area were perfect for the kids- and we all loved the pool. The Hilton Pool Pass day was SUPER FUN too, definitely a highlight of the trip. It’s also good location to many great beaches. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was excellent. All the living spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked the location of the unit relative to shops, restaurants, and grocery store (literally minutes away on foot). There was very little outside noise (except for the birds, which we loved). Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again.

Hawaii Paradise

Michelle was a great host. Her property exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It was an easy drive from the airport to Waikoloa Beach Villas. The entrance and drive to the unit was similar to driving into a botanical garden. The grounds were amazing and the unit itself was impeccably furnished with everything needed and in perfect condition. Everything worked as promised and Michelle was accessible to answer any questions. Our time went by way to fast and we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities at the Villas, but we did go and have a look at the pool and exercise room. Would have been an excellent place to relax, but we were on the go the entire stay. The other great thing about Michelle’s Villa was its location. Many great restaurants and specialty stores within easy walking distance. Hope we have an opportunity to return soon to the island. This will be our number one spot if it’s available.

Amazing vacation oasis

Our stay was amazing! From the initial communication to check in and throughout our stay the host was amazing. I can't say enough about the beautiful, well appointed property. From a chef stocked kitchen to beach, pool and snorkeling gear everything was amazing. The attention to detail was fantastic. We loved the proximity to shops, groceries and restaurants, it was walkable and so convenient. Having two pools onsite was amazing and the extra bonus of Hilton passes absolutely made our stay. We would come back with family or friends anytime! Thank you for a memorable and amazing vacation!

Amazing Stay at J4 Waikoloa Beach Villas

Our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas in J4 was nothing short of amazing! The condo property is well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself is immaculate, gorgeous and everything you could want in a vacation rental and more. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you need for a luxurious stay for your vacation. It was like being in my own home, with everything we needed at our fingertips. The attention to detail that Michelle the owner has put into this home is amazing! I looked at the pictures of this condo for months before we finally got there for our vacation. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Wonderfully decorated, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy your time in Waikoloa. We had everything that you could possibly need to go to the beach or play in the pool which was great! We enjoyed the beautiful wrap around lanai and the amazing built-in barbecue. In addition, it came with a Hilton pool pass, which we used several times. This condo is located close to some of the most beautiful popular beaches on the big island. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Queens and Kings Marketplaces. Over the years we have rented other condos in Waikoloa and I can honestly say this is the best one we have ever stayed in. Now it is the only one we will ever stay in when we come to Waikoloa. It was hard to leave after our two weeks because it felt so comfortable and homey. Michelle, the owner is absolutely wonderful and very personable. She responds immediately if you have a question. If I could give a rating higher than a five I absolutely would. We look forward to coming back to J4 on our next visit to the Big Island! Great stay!!

Highly recommend this particular villa..............with the location, built-in gas grill and discounted golf rates, you can't beat it. We return to Waikoloa Village every few years and this is definitely our favorite rental. Everyone in our group also commented on the comfort of each of their beds. Nothing negative to say about this place. Enjoy!!

WOW!!

This was one of the very best places we have been privileged to stay in around the world! Top quality, warm and welcoming, a spacious home away from home. High-end finishes, luxury bed linens and towels, extremely well-equipped kitchen; the owners have thought of everything, even providing beach chairs and snorkeling gear. In a beautiful location overlooking the golf course, just a 2-minute walk to the pool, and 5-minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended. Mahalo!

Perfect Stay!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Well provisioned, comfortable stay

The property is in the Waikoloa Villas just across from the Queens market. It has a golf course view from the lanai (no ocean view). The unit is very well provisioned and had all the items you would need. Everything was in very good condition and very clean. We only used the master bedroom but the mattress was very comfortable and the property is very peaceful at night. Communication with the owner was excellent! It is clear that Michelle really keeps the property up to a high standard. We did take advantage of access to the Hilton beach resort which was great. The resort is amazing with a kids pool, natural ocean fed lagoon for swimming, water slides and much more. Definitely a great perk.

We loved the spacious, well-stocked and ideally-located Waikaloa Villa. We spent lots of time on nearby beaches of champagne sand, loved running across the street to the market for last-minute items, did a lot of grilling on the fancy Viking barbecue, and took nice long drives to other parts of the island knowing we could come back to the hot tub and comfortable beds in the evenings.

Another perfect week in Hawaii.

The home is very well appointed and is extremely well organized. We found everything here perfectly decorated, very nicely maintained and the garage is FILLED with everything a family needs. The patio BBQ setup is amazing! Our stay was so easy.

Stay in relaxing Paradise

We had a wonderful short stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas. This is an extremely well appointed and meticulously maintained 3 Bedroom/Bathroom Home. The property is exceptionally furnished, (from front door to master bedroom), with just about any and every useful/useable amenity you would want in a vacation home. It has a sensibly laid out gourmet kitchen with a vast array of operable cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses and modern appliances. A very comfortable living area with multiple amenities and a walkout Lani suitable for 2 or a family. The master bedroom surrounds you in “Aloha” and has a private Lani for that early morning coffee or evening relaxation or just watching the golfers move up the fairway. Speaking of Golf, this home provides the best discount for two golfers at Waikoloa Beach Golf Courses. We will continue to come back to this Gem of a Home for our stay on Hawaii. Rick

Wonderful place in Waikoloa Beach resort

We stayed 4 nights during the thanksgiving break here. The location is awesome and close to a super market (queens island gourmet I think) and other shopping areas. We loved the Anaehomolu beach, which is under 5 minutes drive from the villa. There were beach chairs/umbrellas/mats etc in the garage that we could use which was a surprise and come in quite handy. The villa is impressively thoughtfully furnished. Overall, everyone had a blast!

After looking at different communities on the Kohala Coast we chose to purchase this town home at Waikoloa Beach Villas because of its location to the many amenities within Waikoloa Beach Resort. We were also attracted to the low density within our community (only 120 condos), the two beautiful resort style pools, and the beautifully landscaped grounds. We especially like being within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces home to high end restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and local entertainment. After walking into this private end unit next to a large open breezeway we knew we found our home-away-from-home.
